| Objective Through the observation of Zishen Liangxue Tiaozhou methed of endometriosis patients with infertility serum interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and endometrial effects of VEGF expression levels, compare the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the pregnancy rate of patients, in order to explore the mechanism and advantages of Chinese medicine in improving endometrial receptivity, improving the clinical symptoms and improving the pregnancy rate of patients.Methods Select laparoscopic surgery clearly infertile endometriosis, traditional Chinese medicine for the Shenxu Xuere jiayu stasis in patients with type 120 cases, single-blind randomized into the traditional Chinese medicine group of 60 patients and the control group of 60 patients. All patients were in the American Fertility Society classification of endometriosis R-AFS method.In the traditional Chinese medicine group,27 patients with mild endometriosis (endometriotic score Ⅰ-Ⅱ), and 33 patients with moderate or severe endometriosis (endometriotic score Ⅲ-Ⅳ),while in the control group,26 patients with mild endometriosis (endometriotic score Ⅰ-Ⅱ), and 34 patients with moderate or severe endometriosis (endometriotic score Ⅲ-Ⅳ).Traditional Chinese medicine group:mild patients after the first menstrual cramps began taking traditional Chinese medicine, continuous taking three menstrual cycle; in patients with moderate to severe menstrual cramps the first day of subcutaneous injection of Nolade needle 3.6mg, every 28 days, a total of three Needle.After thirty days of the third needle, taking traditional Chinese medicine, continuous taking three menstrual cycles. In the control group, three menstrual cycles were observed in the mild patients; in patients with moderate to severe menstrual cramps, the first day of subcutaneous injection of Nolade needle 3.6mg, every 28 days, a total of three Needle,three menstrual cycles were observed,too.The levels of serum IL-8, TNF-α, VEGF, endometrial VEGF expression, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and pregnancy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment (due to the study of time constraints,the rate of pregnancy are only counted within six months after treatment).Results (1) After treatment, the levels of IL-8, TNF-α and VEGF in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); in the traditional Chinese medicine group, the level of IL-8, TNF-a and VEGF decline was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), prompted that the traditional Chinese medicine group is better in lowering serum IL-8, TNF-α, VEGF levels than the control group. (2)After treatment, the rate of endometrial VEGF expression in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the traditional Chinese medicine group P<0.01, the difference was prominent statistically significant, while the control group P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.After treatment, the rate of endometrial VEGF expression in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), prompted the traditional Chinese medicine group in reducing endometrial VEGF expression was significantly better than in the control group.(3) After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine group and control group syndrome scores were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine group decreased more than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting that the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than the control group. (4) After treatment, the pregnancy rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than the control group, P <0.05, and the difference was statistically significant; Comparison of pregnancy rate among different stages of endometriosis,through stratified x2 test, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the removal of group mixed effect,there was no significant correlation between the pregnancy rate and the stage of endometriosis within six months.Conclusion Zishen Liangxue Tiaozhou methed can significantly reduse the serum IL-8,TNF-α, VEGF levels and endometrial VEGF expression of the endometriosis with infertility patients, improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improving the pregnancy rate, suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine can improve from endometrial microcirculation, increased vascular permeability, reduce the local inflammatory response and other aspects of the role, to improve the local lesions, to adjust the overall immune status, improve endometrial receptivity, thereby enhancing the pregnancy rate of endometriosis with infertility Patients, have a certain social value and clinical value. |
