| ObjectiveTo investigate the minimally invasive surgery of pituitary adenoma patients disease uncertainty, coping styles, and the present situation of the quality of life, to explore the cognitive behavioral intervention in patients with minimally invasive surgery of pituitary adenoma disease uncertainty, coping styles, and the influence of the quality of life, so as to verify the validity and the practicability of the cognitive behavioral intervention methods.MethodsThe study of the effect of psychological intervention randomized controlled study, choosing the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of zhengzhou University of minimally invasive surgery of pituitary adenoma neurosurgery patients 120 as study objects, after group were randomly assigned into the intervention group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases), intervention group in the hospital again to accept on the basis of conventional nursing cognitive behavioral intervention, intervention once a week, intervention time for 30 to 60 minutes at a time, over 12 weeks, the control group given routine care, only in 4 weeks and 12 weeks on two groups of patient’s disease uncertainty, medical coping styles and to evaluate the quality of life, analysis the effect of cognitive.Results1.120 minimally invasive surgery of pituitary adenoma of the patient’s disease uncertainty 102.11+13.06, with 98.3%of the patient’s disease uncertainty in the medium level;2.120 patients is tend to have avoided the early medical approach is less used in the face of positive coping styles, the overall quality of life is still lower than the national norm;3. Forth weeks after the intervention, compared with before intervention group of patients with the disease uncertainty and ambiguity dimension score, avoidance, yield were significantly decreased(P<0.05), in the face, physiological functions, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health, and the total score of life quality improved significantly(P<0.05), the control group patients avoid scores and yield were significantly increased(P<0.05); Comparison between intervention groups overall disease uncertainty, ambiguity of dimension score, unpredictability dimension score, lack of information dimension scores significantly lower than the control group(.P<0.05), all kinds of response to changes in the way between the two groups have no obvious difference(P>0.05);4. Twelfth weeks after the intervention, compared with before intervention group patients overall disease uncertainty, ambiguity of dimension score, complexity dimension score, lack of information dimension score, avoidance and yield in medical coping styles were significantly decreased(P<0.05), medical coping styles of face dimension scores and total scores of quality of life were significantly increased(P<0.05), the control group patients overall disease uncertainty, ambiguity dimension score, complexity dimension score, lack of information dimension scores, withdrawal and yield were significantly increased(P<0.05), and other variables have corresponding lower; Comparison between intervention groups disease uncertainty in each dimension score and total score, medical coping styles in the face of dimension scores and the overall quality of life scores were significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05), yielding scores and avoidance coping styles were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions1. Patients with pituitary adenoma after minimally invasive surgery generally have a sense of uncertainty;2. Patients with pituitary adenoma after minimally invasive surgery tend to adopt a negative coping style;3. Cognitive behavior intervention can reduce the uncertainty of disease, improve the coping style and improve the quality of life of the patients. |
