| Objective:To observe the aspiration HMGB1 expression and the lungs of mice lidocaine intervention effect. Methods:Methods:select 40 adult healthy mice, random number method is divided into normal control group (group C), the aspiration group (group A), the aspiration-saline lavage group (N group), the aspiration-lidocaine douche group (group L),10 in each group. Group C mice do not make any processing, more than three groups of mice after trachea made by centrifugal liquid gastric juice (PH=1.5, 1 ml/kg), Since modeling for 10 min later they every 6 h N physiological saline 1 ml and L group 1 ml of 2% lidocaine douche, a total of 4 times. Then after orbital venous blood to death, to return the bronchial lung lavage fluid and lung tissue. Mice to observe the appearance and behavior change; Said from the lung wet weight and dry weight, calculation of lung tissue water content; EILSA method is used to detect the blood and bronchial lung lavage fluid of HMGB1 and IL-12 levels. Results:Appearance and behavior of mice aspects:scale of group is C>L>N>group A; Appearance performance and behavior ability for group is C>L>N> group A. Four groups of lung wet/dry weight ratio is statistically significant (P< 0.05), respectively in group A> N> L> group C. Four groups of HMGB1 content in blood and lavage between groups is statistically difference (P< 0.05), respectively in group A> N> L> group C. Four groups of IL-12 content in blood and lavage between groups is statistically difference (P< 0.05), respectively in group A> N> L group> group C.Conclusion:Aspiration in mice with normal saline group (N)、lidocaine group (L) after treatment, compared with aspiration group (group A), water content、HMGB1 and IL-12 content cut down, in which L group is more obvious; Compared with the control group (group C), water content, HMGB1 and IL-12 levels are high, where N group is more obvious. This shows that HMGB1 and IL-12 is to participate in the inflammatory process of aspiration mice, physiological saline、lidocaine can inhibit the inflammation process, reduce lung injury, but the effect of lidocaine is more obvious. |
