The Observation Of The Pain By Using Zhong Bi Plaster Acupoint Application After Mixed Hemorrhoid External Dissection And Internal Ligation Surgery

Objective:1. This is a single center, random parallel and blind controlled clinical research method to observe the effect of pain after hemorrhoid external dissection and internal ligation surgery by using Zhong Bi plaster acupoint application.2. It provides an external using Chinese medicine which is liable, less toxic and side effect, low cost, clinical convenient for anorectal disease postoperative analgesia.Method:82 subjects who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and comparison group. Observation group received anorectal care routine and use Zhong Bi plaster acupoint application therapy, while the comparison group only received anorectal care routine. Observe their clinical symptoms,signs, the interrogation and specialist check before and after the treatment,then evaluate patients’"VAS pain scores "in 6 hours before and after intervention for the first 1,2,3,5,7 days,give the evaluation in patients with anal pain relief, and observe the blood, urine, normal cardiac function, liver function, renal function, to make sure the safety of Zhong Bi plaster acupoint application.Results:(1) 6 hours after intervention, the VAS pain score’s comparison difference of the two groups on the 1st and 2nd days have no statistical significance (P> 0.05),the VAS pain score difference of the two groups on the third,fifth,seventh days after intervention have statistical significance (P<0.05), the intervention group was better than that of the comparison group. The two groups overall efficacy comparison:in the treatment group of 41 patients,10 cases were in basic relief,13 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, efficiency of 92.68%; in the control group of 41 patients,3 cases were in basic relief.6 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective.15 cases were ineffective. efficiency of 63.41%. The curative effect’s comparison difference of the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05).(2)The two groups of patients showed no obvious abnormalities in blood, urine, stool heart function, liver function, renal function before and after the intervention. The patients in the observation group who used the Sticking-plaster showed no adverse reactions like allergies, local infection.Conclusion:Zhong Bi plaster acupoint application can effectively relieve anal pain symptoms after damp type mixed hemorrhoid dissection and internal ligation, no adverse reaction was found. It is a safe and effective method of treatment.
