Research On Current Situation Of Cultural Construction In A Classified 3A Grade Hospital In Qiqihar City

【Objective】This study investigates the identity with the cultural construction of the hospital by surveying the employees and the patients in a clasified 3A Grade hospital in Qiqihar City. Through the investigation the paper analyses current situation of the hospital cultural construction, finds the hospital culture management issues,understands the expectations of employees, so as to formulate appropriate strategies and put forward rationalization proposals to promote better and more healthy development of the hospital.【Method】This research uses literature research methods to understand the current situation of domestic hospital cultural research and comb the connotation and development trend of the hospital culture. Convenient sampling method has been used to survey 300 medical staff and 184 patients. The questionnaire includes the cognition,identity,participation and future expectations of the current situation of ospital cultural construction. At the same time, the patients’ satisfaction with the cultural construction of the hospital is investigated,including the hardware, the service attitude of the staff and the honesty of the medical personnel.【Result】Among 300 medical staff that are surveyed, 52.7% of people agree with the hospital values, and 54.3% of people think that the hospital can actively implement the construction of medical ethics.By investigating the hospital cultural construction work which has been carried out, 50% employees think the hospital staff can focus on culture, set up thestaff image; 45% of the staff think the hospital pay attention to the environment beautification work, to provide patients with good medical environment; and the hospital has cultural activities and facilities which can organize a variety of cultural activities(40.7%), can meet the basic requirements of medical personnel(75.3%). The survey also shows that the medical staff hope the cultural activities have more vividly themes(64.3%) and richer content(43.7%).Finally, the investigation on the medical personnel ’s awareness of hospital culture indicates that, 78.7% of the staff think the hospital culture is important,and understand the function, effect, hospital motto(64%) and development goals(47.7%), summarize the hospital culture construction present situation is to form their own characteristics(53.7%).In the survey of 184 patients, outpatient overall environmental comfort is high(95.1%), the patients mainly regard the technical level of hospital(69%) and staff service attitude(41.3%) as important, but the hospital registered mainly by outpatient window(83.7%), so the hospital need to strengthen the propaganda of online booking and telephone booking(5.5%).The hospital outpatient signs and guidance work has also been recognized by the patient, 94% patients expressed satisfaction; at the same time, the hardware facilities such as elevator health convenience, good condition, toilet seat waiting, has also been recognized in patients(87.2%). In the service attitude of the staff, 66.3% of the patients are very satisfied with the attitude of doctors, 70.1% of the patients are very satisfied with the attitude of nurses, 50.1% patients are very satisfied with the attitude of other working staff, including medical departments, registration fees, pharmacy staff, window cleaners, security personnel and so on.In the probity survey of medical staff, 86.4% of the patients believes that the hospital medical staff is very clean. This result can reflect the hospital’s medical ethics construction effect is obvious.【Conclusion】The medical staff has good identification of the cultural construction, a strong sense of happiness ad the sense of belonging to the unit; but the hospital cultural construction still needs further improvement, such as more species, better forms of cultural activities, rich and distinctive cultural activities and enhancing the content of the theme, to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff toparticipate in cultural construction; and the cognition difference of the hospital culture between different positions of the medical staff can affect the medical staff’s happiness;Patients has higher evaluation to the hospital, including outpatient overall comfort, the staff service attitude and hospital facilities, but the hospital needs to strengthen the construction of the network, telephone appointment and other information service to improve the patient’s convenience.The hospital can actively carry out the construction of medical ethics, pay attention to employee culture, establish a good image of the staff, which can be verified through the survey of patients. The medical staff establish clean image in patients mind. This proves that the hospital medical ethics construction effect is obvious.
