Analysis Of Yinchenhao Decoction On The Treatment Of Acute Obstructive Suppurative Cholangitis Curative Effect And Its Influence On Inflammatory Factors

Purpose:Acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC) due to bile duct obstruction and bacterial infection, bile duct pressure, resulting in the hepatobiliary system of serious infectious diseases, multiple organ damage associated with systemic manifestations, severe acute cholangitis, biliary disease has become one of the most important diseases in our country, the clinical mortality rate reached 33.6%. AOSC treatment includes non operative and surgical treatment, mainly to relieve biliary obstruction, unobstructed bile flow, remove the lesion, anti-inflammatory, anti infection, reduce the formation of endotoxin to maintain the stability of the environment, prevention and treatment of complications, etc.. Acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis in traditional Chinese medicine "anxious yellow", "high fever" and other areas, and a treatise on "Yin Chenhao Decoction" pathogenesis main symptoms "such as orange, urination, abdominal micro full of dialectical point, clinical application of Yin Chenhao Decoction for the treatment of AOSC is the case but, from the perspective of evidence-based medicine are less systematic research. The purpose of this study was to observe the Yinchenhao Decoction Combined with surgery in the treatment of AOSC, by the observation of the clinical efficacy and effect on inflammatory factors, to explore the application value of the mechanism and the prescription in clinical treatment of AOSC.Methods:In our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis in 60 cases, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. After admission, the two groups were treated with the combined treatment of the corresponding examination, fasting, fluid infusion, anti infection and so on. Based on Western medicine treatment group after treatment for 48 hours to start taking Yinchenhao Decoction:Artemisia 30g, gardenia 12g, rhubarb (peeled) 6G, with 500ml Decoction to 200ml in the morning and evening respectively taking 100ml. The control group was treated with western medicine alone. Through the comprehensive evaluation of clinical curative effect index and laboratory index analysis.Results:From the comprehensive curative effect, the clinical curative effect index and the laboratory examination index analysis, the treatment group clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion:Yinchenhao Decoction has heat, dampness, jaundice effect, can obtain remarkable clinical curative effect in the treatment of AOSC combined with western medicine, and can significantly inhibit the inflammatory cytokines and C reactive protein level.
