One of the most effective treatment for port wine stain (PWS) at present is vascular-targeted photodynamic therapy (V-PDT).1O2 is the main biological toxicity product of II-PDT. Direct measure of 1O2 luminescence at 1270 nm is an important method for evaluating PDT dosimetry and it is great significance for realizing personalization therapy. It is a critical challenge for quantitative detection 1O2 amount, because the 1O2 could interacted with the absorption coefficient (μa), scattering coefficient (μs), and blood volume fraction (BVF) in its diffusion path. In this study, a time-resolved 1O2 luminescence detection system was used for studying how the optical properities influence on photosensizid 1O2 luminescence in homogeneous solution and PWS phantom respectively. The research indicated that the 1O2 luminescence intensity would be decreased by μa, μs and BVF, and there was not obviously influence of μa on τT and τD; τT was increased with μs, τD was decreased before increase with μs When μs>50 cm-1, τT and τD seems remain the same, then τT=13.26 ± 0.10 μs, τD=0.86 ± 0.10 μs; in addition, when add BVF, there was little change of τT and τD, τT=12.06 ± 0.20μs, τD=0.89 ± 0.30 μs.
