With the continuous deepening reform of medical and health system in our country,the state further defines the general goal of "Everyone will have access to basic medical and health services". To enrich the medical resources, the state strengthen the supervision of the medical market。 At the same time, the state encourage the community to do medical, private office.As a result, the competition among hospitals is becoming increasingly fierce. As a place where knowledge workers gather, human resource is the first resource of the hospital, which is the key to the hospital to gain a competitive advantage and maintain the core competitiveness. Therefore, how to attract, develop, efficient utilization and retain talents is particularly important.As the most important part of hospital human resources management, compensation managementdirectly affect the development of the hospital.Compensation management is the most direct means to attract talents, encourage talents and retain talents also. Currently, most of the salary management system of private hospitals is chaos, random. Compensation is generally lack of fairness and incentive. The function of compensation can not be well reflected. In this paper, Ahospital of traditional Chinese medicine is the research object. Guided bythe related salary theory, through in-depth investigation and study, using questionnaires interviews, personnel interview and other methods, the problems existing in the compensation system of the A Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were pointed out. For example, the compensation of lack of fairness, there are the phenomenon of egalitarianism; The motivative of compensation is insufficient,staff s enthusiasm can not be effectively stir up; The competitiveness of the compensation is insufficient to attract talented people. On this basis, combined with the actualof the A Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese Medicine Hospital of the A compensation system were rebuilt. Strengthened the fairness, the incentive and the competitive power of the compensation, the new pay system not only tries to solve some difficult problems facing the problem of the A Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, but also ensure the hospital sustained, stable and sustainable development for a long time. In addition, this paper also provides some reference and reference value for the construction of the compensation system in hospitals or enterprises with the similar situation of A Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
