| BackgroundAnxiety disorder is a common mental disorder in psychiatric clinic.Clinical features of autonomic nervous dysfunction syndrome.In the young and middle-aged groups,the clinical practitioners often divided into anxiety disorders(GAD,also known as chronic anxiety disorder)and panic disorder(PD,also known as acute anxiety disorder).GAD(anxiety disorder Generalized)is one of the most common clinical anxiety disorder,it is characterized by anxiety is not subject to individual control,duration of more than 6 months.Anxiety disorder is easy to cause the decline of social function in different degree,which affects the daily work,study,life,family,interpersonal communication and so on.Anxiety disorders are often accompanied by depression and fear,comorbidity rate is higher,and the higher risk of depression,anxiety and suicide risk is higher,we should attract more attention and take positive measures to deal with.ObjectivesStudy of Chinese patients with generalized anxiety disorder and five normal personality attribution characteristics,correlation analysis of personality characteristics of generalized anxiety disorder and five normal and attributional style,provides a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder MethodsIn February 2015 to June 2016 in Heze city psychiatric outpatient mental health center,psychological consulting rehabilitation clinic or hospital patients.In this study,a cross-sectional survey was used in 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder(ICD-10)in the tenth edition of the international classification of diseases and diagnostic criteria.Among them,38 were male,32 were female,the age range was 16-68 years old,the average age was(33.39 +12.19)years old.The average education level was(12.59+3.12)years.At the same time,90 healthy volunteers were recruited in the control group.When used as research tools to test: general information questionnaire,Chinese state five personality test table,attributional style questionnaire and the Hamilton anxiety scale,all data entered into the computer,using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis,statistical analysis of the differences in gender,age,culture degree and other dimensions,the correlation analysis of patients five state of personality and attributional style.Results1.The scores of generalized anxiety disorder group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=0.87,P=0.000).There were no differences in the demographic variables of Generalized anxiety disorder group,namely,gender,marriage,and other related factors on the patient group Anxiety Scale score had no significant effect.2.Generalized anxiety disorder group five personality were lower than the control group in the sun(t=-1.96,P=0.000),Shaoyang(t=-1.51,P=0.000),Yin Yang(t=-1.01,P=0.000)and 3 dimension scores,the difference was statistically significant,Lunar(t=2.40,P=0.000)and Shaoyin(t=1.96,P=0.000)scores higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.More women than men in generalized anxiety disorder group was statistically significant in the lunar scores(t=1.65,P=0.000).There were no differences between the other groups in five dimensions(P > 0.05).3.The results of negative event attributional style control group tend to external attribution,prone to negative events attribution anxiety group in the attribution,there was significant difference between them(t=5.526,P=0.000);anxiety group and control group in persistent(t=2.603,P=0.059)and comprehensive(t=2.211,P=0.061)attributional style had no significant difference.There was no significant difference in the internal attribution(t=1.924,P=0.056),persistence(t=0.993,P=0.127),overall(t=1.786,P=0.069)and normal control group between the anxiety group and the positive events.There was no significant difference in the scores of the three dimensions of generalized anxiety disorder group,such as gender,marriage and registered permanent residence,education period,and so on(P >0.05).In the negative events,the anxiety group and the persistence attribution were positively correlated(r=0.862,P=0.002),and the generalized anxiety disorder group and the stability attribution were positively correlated in the positive events(r=0.941,P=0.003).4.The generalized anxiety disorder group five personality dimensions and negative events in the lunar internal attribution style(r=1.261,P=0.000)and stability(r=0.921,P=0.007),internal Shaoyin dimension and negative event attributional style(r=0.844,P=0.002)and stability(r=1.092,P=0.000)showed a significant positive correlation.Conclusion1.Tendency of patients with generalized anxiety disorder in Taiyin Shaoyin and the two dimensions of personality in the five state,and in the anxiety disorder group and Taiyin Shaoyin scores in two dimensions higher,suggested that the more negative personality traits,risk and these traits of people suffering from anxiety disorders relative to higher than normal people with anxiety;risk and character of Taiyin Shaoyin more women than men.With the sun and Shaoyang,Yin Yang and the nature of people were not prone to anxiety,the lower the risk of suffering from anxiety disorders.2.The negative events tended to be attributed to the negative events in the attribution style of the patients with generalized anxiety disorder.The most obvious effect on the stability of anxiety,attribution style,and the influence of comprehensiveness and persistence was not too obvious,so the attribution tendency in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in stability might have ideal effect. |
