Research On Development Of Community-based Injury Rehabilitation

Injury rehabilitation is an important part of industrial injury insurance,which is also a humanistic medical services.With the acceleration of industrialization,new problems related to industrial injury rehabilitation emerge in endlessly.The purpose of the study is to explore the development of the community rehabilitation in the context of the rapid development and improvement of the work injury rehabilitation.Community-based injury rehabilitation in the text refers to extend work injury rehabilitation services to the community,to provide follow-up care system for injured workers,that is,to allow workers to enter the community rehabilitation system.The research is based on the survey of Zhejiang Province,the empirical study of the needs of workers affected by community-based rehabilitation and impact factors.First of all,the basic situation of the injured workers to conduct a descriptive analysis,and work injury status of workers,industrial injury insurance to pay the status quo,rehabilitation analysis of the status quo;Secondly,the chi-square test was used to examine the factors influencing the community rehabilitation needs of the injured workers from the microscopic level,and to find out the significant factors,including age,sex,number of family members,health status,rehabilitation(whether the process of medical treatment needs to be accompanied by the person),cost payers,occupational injuries to the community hospital health care workers,health environment,the degree of satisfaction of facilities,the degree of understanding of community rehabilitation centers or community hospitals,the degree of institutional rehabilitation and the convenience of institutional rehabilitation.Then,based on the previous research results,the hypothesis model of community rehabilitation needs was proposed.Finally,the results of the model are explained,and the conclusions are drawn.Furthermore,the study use of descriptive statistics to analyze the content of different rehabilitation demand.The results are as follows:(1)Injury worker have a higher demand for community rehabilitation,but the consciousness of community rehabilitation of works is weak,they also lack the effective ways to know this service.Through the analysis,the factors that affect the rehabilitation needs are subjective and objective factors,including:workers age and gender,health status,understanding of community health conditions,among them,some influencing factors of inhibition the rehabilitation needs of injured workers including: workers on community medical staff satisfaction is relatively low,the community rehabilitation of the nonunderstanding,etc..(2)There is a difference in the demand for different rehabilitation contents(medical rehabilitation,occupational rehabilitation,psychological rehabilitation and other rehabilitation).On the basis of data analysis,combined with the community rehabilitation model for the disabled,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the community-based injury rehabilitation.
