Shuang huang erxian granule is clinical experience prescription for Nourishing qi and nourishing essence、promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and Kidney reinforcing and reducing protein, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is consisted of Astragali Radix、Astragali complanati semen、Rosea laevigatae fructus、 Euryales semen、Sinomenii caulis、 Carthami flos and Coptiidis rhizoma.It has obvious therapeutic effect on the proteinuria caused by diabetic nephropathy or acute glomerulonephritis.The study is investigation on the preparation technology, quality standard and stability of the preparation.In the extraction process, according to the different nature of the active ingredients in the decoction pieces with Rhizoma extraction Separate and the rest decoction pieces are put together.With astragaloside, complanatoside and dry extract yield as the evaluation index of water extraction process. Optimum water extraction technology of Shuang huang erxian granule was:extracted two times with eight times the amount of water, one hour each time;to Rhizoma the Optimum extraction technology was extracted three times with ten times the amount of water, one hour each time.In purification and concentration process, the methods of filtration, centrifugation and alcohol precipitation of different concentrations were used to study the purification process of the solution with astragaloside, complanatoside and dry extract yield as the index.The results show that alcohol precipitation had obvious influence on the index components, and the effect of centrifugation and filtration was small. After the medicine liquid is centrifugal, the granule can be directly concentrated in pre experiment,So, the extract is used in a centrifugal way.In molding process.The molding auxiliary material and dosage of the preparation were optimized. The final determination of the molding process is dextrin powder mixed hook, granulation with 85% ethanol as wetting agent, particle drying temperature is 65 ℃, dry 3 hours.In the quality standard and accelerated stability studies, we established of Radix Asfragali, Rhizoma Coptidis, orientvine, Gorgon four pieces taste TLC method and Method for determination of complanatoside.Accelerated stability,Results all indexes were qualified.
