| Rapid prototyping technology has been widely used in the field like medical domain and so on.It is a new direction which integrates industrial CT scanning and reverse engineering technology.With the rapid development in industrial CT scanning technology and three-dimensional reconstruction technology based on reverse engineering,the three-dimensional data model of complicated part like human body with complex shape would be obtained,then the process of forming could be accomplished with rapid prototyping technology.With swiftly developed and violently applied of these technology,for traditional medical field like medical diagnosis,prosthesis production and so on,their market value and applied potential also be great value.In this paper,mainly aimed at the research concern point cloud data acquisition processing of dental model,establishment of three dimensional model based on reverse engineering technology,and new rapid prototyping technology.Scanning dental model with ICT,stitch data in three-dimensional of dental model on automatic stitching function with 1CT,building a stable foundation for reconstruction of three dimensional model based on reverse engineering,The main tasks of this paper concerned are as follows:1.Scan dental model with method of 1CT,with process of automatic stitching and edge profile optimization of ICT,optimized data in three-dimensional of dental model could be obtained.Then we save these data as the format which reverse software could distinguish,making preparation for reconstruction of three dimensional model based on reverse engineering which come to next;2.Aimed at work pieces with complex curved surface like dental model,we use a new algorithm named NURBS curve and surface algorithm,based on Bezier curve and surface algorithm to accomplish surface modeling and repair process,then we conduct process of simplified polygon and parametric surface,ultimately the optimized three dimensional dental model was obtained,and save these data as STL format;3.In the light of forming method based on FDM melting deposition principle,the errors come from equipment itself,pretreatment,forming process and post treatment was analyzed,then the causes of these errors was summarized,and corresponding optimization scheme was proposed,building good and stable foundation for dental model’s formality;4.Then put the optimized three dimensional dental model,which is STL format,into HTS200’s rapid prototyping system platform,finally accomplish the forming of dental model,and prove feasibility and scientific nature of combination of ICT scanning,reconstruction of 3D model based on reverse engineering and rapid prototyping,and provide guidance and inspiration to similar problems for scholars who research in the future. |
