Objective:To study acupuncture therapy on neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation rehabilitation effects of early intervention.Method:Used forward sex,and random, and control research method, will meet into standard of hypertension brain bleeding Postoperative patients random is divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group give acupuncture movement therapy added western based treatment, control group give western based treatment, acupuncture movement therapy Postoperative 3-7d intervenetion, respectively evaluation patients treatment Qian, and treatment 10 d,and treatment 20 d,and treatment 30 d of life quality, and neural function defect degree, and cognitive level, and daily mutual capacity, and Dilute, and neuronspecific enolase serum specific symptom score. Results:NIHSH rating:treatment 20 d,30d significantly between groups was statistically significant(p<0.01),the comparison of two groups:the treatment group are statistically significant at each time point(p<0.01),10 d and treatment of control group therapy 20 d treatment 20 d treatment 30 d no significant contrast(p>0.05),there was significant difference in contrast to other time(p<0.01).MMSE score: group a statistically significant treatment 10 d,20d,30d(p<0.05 and p<0.01)and two group comparison:compared at differrent points in the treatment group showed statistically significant(p<0.01);the control group prior to treatment with no difference in treatment of 10d(p>0.05),there were statistically significant compared to other time(p<0.01).Barthel index score:treatment of 30 d has significantly between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01),in two groups: the treatment group were statistically significant(p<0.01);he control group before treatment and no significant difference in treatment of 10d(p>0.05),and has obvious statistical significance compared to the other points in time,p<0.01.NES indicators in serum: a statistically significant treatment compared to 20 D,30d(p<0.05)and p<0.01),two group comparison:no significant 20 d and treatment of 30d(p>0.05),22 were significantly worse than other points in time(p<0.01),with statistical significance compared to the control group(p<0.01).Comprehensive quantification of TCM symptoms score:treatment 20 d,30d was statistically significant between the groups(p<0.05),in two groups:the treatment group before treatment and no significant treatment compared to 10d(p>0.05),were statistically significant compared to other points in time(p<0.01),the control group before treatment and 20 d,before treatment and treatment of 30 d,A statistically significant treatment 10 d treatment 30d(p<0.05),a different point in time than those without statistical significance(p>0.05).Of serum NSE concentrations were positively correlated with NIHSS score(p<0.01),and concentrations of serum NSE in patients with MMSE,Bathel index scores were negatively correlated(p<0.01).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture exercise therapy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after early intervention in patients with safe and effective treatment of patients without serious complications, secondary cerebral hemorrhage,no patients with mental illness, patient compliance is better;2.Acupuncture exercise therapy High blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage surgery in patients with acute phase can improve the degree of neurological deficits, can improve cognitive ability and improve the ability of daily activities of patients to promote the remodeling of the nervous system;3.Acupuncture exercise therapy can effectively reduce the serum NSE level, confirmed that early intervention of acupuncture exercise therapy can inhibit the secondary destruction of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,so as to achieve neurological protection.
