Investigation On The Implementation Of Basic Medical Insurance System For Urban And Rural Residents In Suining

In nearly 40 years of reform and opening-up,our country society,the people’s livelihood and economic and other fields have got rapid development and remarkable achievements,the medical insurance system is also gradually perfect.Integration of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance and the two new type of rural cooperative medical care system,to establish a unified urban and rural residents basic medical insurance system,promote the reform of medical and health system,to realize the rights and interests of fair access to basic health insurance of urban and rural residents,and promote social fairness and justice,to improve the well-being of the people important measures,to promote urban and rural economic and social coordinated development,build a well-off society in an all-round way is of great significance.The high-speed development of economy,however,does not bring the ascension of the overall level of the urban and rural residents,the implementation of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents receive effect is not optimistic,highlights the shortage of the grade,need to be further improved.Based on this,this article take "the suining city as a whole of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance system for the investigation and study on the implementation of the" as the research subject,consists of six chapters.The first chapter on writing background and significance,domestic and foreign research situation about medical insurance related theory,and the theoretical basis of this article and logic premise to answer.The second chapter mainly introduces the suining city as a whole on the implementation of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents survey design,elaborated in this paper,the purpose of the investigation and study,investigation hypothesis is put forward,and analyze the hypothesis.The third chapter through the validation question assumptions,and the survey data analysis and visiting problems,mainly from the urban and rural residents’ awareness of ginseng,poor serving efficiency of hospital health care departments,health care three aspects,such as unclear orientation of orgnaization of agency of role for analysis.The fourth chapter of suining city as a whole on the implementation of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents and questionnaire survey collected data and visiting,it is concluded that the results of the survey.The fifth chapter mainly from the ginseng ofresidentsawareness,enhance hospital service efficiency,clear health health care department three aspects to the positioning of the role of orgnaization of agency of the implementation of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents and improve the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The sixth chapter,through this paper summarizes research,proposed the next step research outlook.
