Relationship Between The Syndromes Elements Of PCOS With Different Body Weight And The Sex Hormone Levels

Objective:To study the distribution characteristics of syndrome elements of different body weight of polycystic ovary syndrome,and its correlation with the serum sex hormone levels,and provide reference for clinical treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Into the 320 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome’s diagnostic data for standardized collection,then put the four diagnostic information collection card into factor identification system,analyzed the collected data,draw the main disease and disease syndrome of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with different body mass index.At the same time,the serum sex hormone levels of PCOS patients were collected,and the height and weight of PCOS patients were recorded to calculate the body mass index(BMI).PCOS patients were divided into four groups according to body mass index(BMI),which were lower than the normal body mass index(BMI),the normal body mass index(BMI),and the overweight group and obesity group,the following were referred to as group A,B,Cand D.Result:1.The menstrual status of different body weight PCOS:group A:3 cases of normal menstruation,5 cases of pre-menstrual,72 cases of menstruation delayor amenorrhea;group B:3 cases of normal menstruationl,2 cases of pre-menstrual,75 cases of menstruation delayor amenorrhea;group C:5 cases of normal menstruationl,4 cases of pre-menstrual,71 cases of menstruation delayor amenorrhea;group D:5 cases of normal menstruation,3 cases of menstruation,72 casesof menstruation delayor amenorrhea.2.The infertility situation of different body weight PCOS:the number of infertility of ABC three groups were:72,70,70,72,and the proportion was:90%,87.5%,87.5%,90%.3.Distribution characteristics of syndrome elements of different body weight PCOS:the main syndrome factors of group A,B,C were uterus,kidney,liver,qi stagnation,and yin deficiency;the main syndrome factors of group D were uterus,spleen,phlegm and damp.4.The Integral comparison of the syndrome elements of disease location of different body weight PCOS:A,B,C,D group had no significant difference in the uterus integral;the renal and liver points of group A,B,C were higher than group D,and there were significant difference with D group(P<0.05);The score of spleen of group D was higher than group A,B,C,and there were significant difference between A,B,C group(P<0.05).5.The Integral comparison of the disease syndrome of different integral body weight PCOS:the accumulated points of Qi stagnation,yin deficiency in group A,B,C were higher than group D,and there were statistical difference with D group(P<0.05);the accumulated points of phlegm,dampness in group D were higher than group A,B,C and there were significant difference between group A,B,C(P<0.05).6.Cormparison of serum sex hormone levels with different body weight PCOS:the LH level in group A,B,C were higher than the group D,and there were significant difference with D group(P<0.05);group D’s T level was higher than group A,B,C and there were significant difference between group A,B,C(P<0.05).7.Correlation analysis of serum sex hormone levels and syndrome elements in patients with different body weight PCOS:group A:LH was positively correlated with kidney and yang deficiency(P<0.01),T was positively correlated with phlegm and dampness(P<0.01,P<0.05);group B:LH was positively correlated with kidney yang deficiency(P<0.05,P<0.01),T was positively correlated with phlegm and dampness(P<0.01,P<0.05);group C:LH was positively correlated with kidney yang deficiency(P<0.05,P<0.01),T was positively correlated with phlegm and dampness(P<0.05,P<0.01);groupD:LH was positively correlated with kidney yang deficiency(P<0.05,P<0.01),T was positively correlated with phlegm and dampness(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Late menstruation,amenorrhea and infertility were the most common clinical symptoms of patients with different body mass index PCOS,Which is closely related with the uterus.2.Obese group PCOS showed spleen dampness characteristics,lower than the normal BMI group,normal BMI,overweight PCOS the three groups(the non obese type)showed heterogeneity characteristics of liver and kidney deficiency;according to the differences of the characteristics between the two,we can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and intervention.3.The reference of lower than the normal body mass index group,the normal weight and overweight the three groups(the non obese type)index array was the increased of LH,the reference of obesity group was the increased of T,suggesting that the distribution of sex hormones in patients with PCOS in different body mass index was different.4.Correlation analysis of PCOS syndrome and serum sex hormone levels,which showed that T was positively correlated with phlegm and dampness,and LH was positively correlated with kidney yang deficiency.Therefore,it is suggested that the increase of T level can reflect the pathological changes of phlegm and dampness,and the increase of LH level can reflect the characteristics of kidney yang deficiency,and there was an association between the pathogenesis of PCOS and Western Medicine.
