Since the 21 st century,the global public health emergencies increased,from atypical pneumonia(SARS)to highly pathogenic avian influenza(H5N1),"5.12" wenchuan earthquake in 2014,"sanlu milk powder" incident,and the 2014 pandemic influenza a(H1N1),many aggressive public health emergencies a serious threat to social stability and public health.In a public health emergency early discovery,early diagnosis,early reporting,early isolation and early treatment is inseparable from the general hospital in the various sectors of comprehensive hospital emergency management ability strong and the weak will directly affect the result of the whole incident disposal.In order to obtain more accurate research data,this paper USES literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method,and insist on the principle of combining theory with practice,to collect and analyze related information,first to fully understand the research topic,and then in combination with the practical situation of S hospital,to S hospital deal with public health emergency crisis has carried on the investigation and analysis,the key problems of in-depth analysis.Focus on public health emergency crisis management related concepts and theory,on the basis of the S hospital made a questionnaire survey and interviews,according to the survey found S hospital in dealing with public health emergency crisis management in basic management work,early warning system,management ability and the ability of public relations deal with existing problems,and from the management consciousness,management mechanism,personnel quality and information construction and investment aspects analyzes the root cause,finally proposes strengthening S hospital emergency management ability and level of countermeasures and Suggestions,including constructing hospital emergency management system,optimize the hospital emergency control process,raising awareness,strengthening exercises,strengthening training,etc.Based on the theory of crisis life cycle,in public health emergencies emergency management is the basic method,under the guidance of S hospital to cope with public health emergencies practice are analyzed,and further perfect the S hospital,a public health emergency crisis management system is not only beneficial to improve the hospital S ability to deal with public health emergency crisis management,effectively restrain major outbreaks,rich is better for public health emergency crisis management theory.
