Clinical Study Of Bushen YangGanHuoXue Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To study The effect and safety of Bushen Yang Gan Huo Xue Decoction in the prevention and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods from December 2015 to 2016 12 menstrual Department of endocrinology of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of TCM for early diabetic nephropathy,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and renal function stage for stage III(DN)in 58 patients,All patients were treated with basic therapy,and they were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,the control group in 29 cases treated with oral Benner Pury hydrochloride,the treatment group of 29 cases in the foundation treatment with mentor clinical experience,Party(yam,radix rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,leech,wolfberry,Ligustrum lucidum,Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Astragali,Radix Scrophulariae,Sichuan Coptis,etc)200ml bid treatment,the course of treatment was12 weeks.Compared between the two groups before and after the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,24 hours urinary protein,fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),blood lipid,blood uric acid(UA), blood rheology,to observe the effect of Bushen Yang Gan Huo Xue Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of liver The effect of kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis.Through the observation of the liver and kidney function,two groups of patients before and after treatment the blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram and no safety evaluation of the adverse reactions.Results(1)In the total efficiency,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the total efficiency of the control group,by chi square test,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.O5),the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,indicated that the Yang Gan Huo Xue is feasible and effective method for the treatment of early DN.(2)In terms of the main symptoms of Chinese medicine,the clinical symptoms of two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.O5);After treatment,the main symptoms of the treatment group score lower than the control group,the T experience,there was a significant difference(P < 0.O5);show that the two groups in improving patients Yaoxisuanruan,dizziness tinnitus,numbness,pain,thirst,Fanre,two eye dryness and other symptoms are effective,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group,patients can better improve symptoms,improve the quality of life.(3)Decrease in 24 hour urine protein,protection of the kidney,after treatment,the patients in the two groups of patients with 24 hour urine microalbumin were significantly reduced than before(P<0.05).Show that with conventional western medicine curative effect of Bushen Yanggan Huoxue Decoction on treating early diabetic nephropathy compared with better effect of reducing urinary albumin,is conducive to the protection of renal function.(4)In regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,The results showed that after treatment,The blood glucose levels in the control group Compared with before treatment,no significant difference(P>0.05).The patients in the treatment group,fasting blood glucose and Hb A1 c decreased(P<0.05),And its level was lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Therefore Bushen Yanggan Huoxue Decoction can improve blood glucose in patients with early DN.In the aspect of lipid metabolism,The Chinese medicine group with triglycerides,total cholesterol and low density cholesterol lipoprotein after treatment decreased than before(P<0.05),and lower than that of control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve the liver lipid metabolism in patients with early DN.Also in terms of uric acid metabolism,Two groups of patients with blood uric acid after treatment decreased,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),suggesting that kidney Yang Gan Huo Xue also can reduce the blood uric acid level of patients.(5)In improving blood rheology,After treatment,After treatment,the two groups of patients with high shear whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity in low shear were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the treatment group compared with the red cell aggregation index decreased(P<0.05),the control group,erythrocyte aggregation index decreased significantly(P > 0.05),the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).The results indicated that Bushen Yanggan Huoxue decoction can improve the hemorheology of patients with early DN.(6)In terms of safety,the safety index of two groups after treatment was not significantly abnormal,indicating that the two groups of treatment is safe and feasible.Conclusions Bushen Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve symptoms,reduce proteinuria,improve the lipid and uric acid metabolism,improve blood rheology,protect renal function,and no serious adverse reactions.So the party is suitable for clinical application.
