| Objective This topic through the observation of treatment with the method for Zhushijiangtang decoction flavored combined with Isosorbine mononitrate in patients with type-2 diabetic coronary heart disease(deficiency of both qi and yin with blood stasis),study the effect of clinical curative,syndrome of chinese medicine,objective clinical indicator and security.Method Select patients from the Department of Endocrinology in Wuhan No.1 Hospital from October 2015 to October 2016,then 60 cases of patients diagnosed with type-2 diabetic coronary heart disease(deficiency of both qi and Yin with blood stasis)were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients.and both groups were given glucose,blood pressure,lipid lowering treatment and other basic treatment.The control group received isosorbine mononitrate(20mg,orally twice a day);In addition,the treatment group were equipped with treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine,party election Zhushijiangtang decoction by the hospital pharmacy unified generation fried,according to a daily dose of the liquid concentrate distributed into two bags,each bag of 150 ml,every bag,breakfast,half an hour after dinner,take warmly.Two groups were all treated for 12 weeks.We should record the clinical index,observe the comprehensive curative effect,symptom score security index in the two groups before and after treatment.Result ⑴ The comparation of the total efficiency between the treatment group(82.1%)and the control group(48.1%)was significant difference(P<0.05);⑵The clinical symptoms of two groups were improved after the treatment,the treatment group improved more obviously(P < 0.05);Especially the symptom of precordial pain and chest pain,thirst with liking for fluids,cardiopalmus and insomnia and the lazy languid were improved obviously(P<0.05);⑶Before the treatment,the syndrome was no difference in total score(P > 0.05);The two groups after the treatment of syndrome was to compare the total integral have difference(P < 0.05),and the total score after the treatment syndromes between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05);⑷The comparation of FBG,2h PG,Hb A1 c between the control group and the treatment group before the treatment was no difference(P>0.05),but had significant difference after the treatment(P<0.05);The comparation of FBG,2h PG,Hb A1 c in each group before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05);⑸The serum lipid parameter between the two groups had no difference before the treatment(P>0.05),and after the treatment,the serum lipid except HDL-C of the two groups both had significant difference(P<0.05),the comparation of LDL-C between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),but the comparation of TC,TG,HDL-C between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);⑹The comparation of the serum CRP,BP,BMI between the control group and the treatment group before treatment had no different(P>0.05),The comparation of the serum CRP,BP,BMI in each group before and after the treatment had significant difference(P<0.05);The comparation of the serum BP,BMI between the two group after the treatment had no different(P>0.05),but the comparation of the serum CRP had significant difference after the treatment(P < 0.05);⑺ The comparation of the hemorheology indexes between the control group and the treatment group before the treatment was no difference(P>0.05),but had significant difference after the treatment(P<0.05);The comparation of the hemorheology indexes in each group before and after the treatment had significant difference(P<0.05);⑻The total efficiency of ECG between the treatment group and the control group had significant difference(P < 0.05);⑼ The comparation of EF,SV,E/A,interventricular septal thickness,inner diameter of the aorta in the two group before the treatment had no difference(P>0.05);E/A,EF,SV in two group had significantly increased after the treatment(P<0.05),and the camparation among the two group had significant difference(P<0.05),the comparation of interventricular septal thickness,inner diameter of the aorta between the two group after the treatment had no difference(P>0.05);⑽The whole treatment process,the safety index of two groups after treatment was not significantly abnormal.2 cases of the treatment group had dizziness headache,2 cases had flushed.3 cases of the control group had dizziness headache,2 cases had flushed.but it is bearable.both group had no other serious complication terminal event and finished the experiment.Conclusion Through using Zhushijiangtang decoction flavored combined with Isosorbine mononitrate to treat the type-2 diabetic coronary heart disease(deficiency of both qi and yin with blood stasis)patients,it can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the syndromes total points and improve the clinical symptoms.In addition,It can better improve the level of blood glucose,hemorheology,and cardiac function of the patients.But it did not show apparent effect in serum lipid,BP,BMI and the index of myocardial ischemia.And it did not appear obvious adverse reactions and side effects when compared with western medicine.The experiment show considerable security and good curative effect,it worth clinical promotion. |
