The Clinical Observation Of Zhuyu Kaiyu Huatan Decoction Treating With Ischemic Poststroke Depression

Research objectiveIn this study,We apply the Zhuyu Kaiyu Huatan Decoction to the treatment of Ischemic Poststroke depression,compared with the Western sertraline group,the objective evaluation of Zhuyu Kaiyu Huatan Decoction in the treatment of Ischemic Poststroke Depression(IPSD)and improve the nerve Functional defects in the degree of impact,to combination the experience of treatment of Ischemic Poststroke Depression(IPSD).Research methodA total of 60 patients with IPSD were enrolled in the hospital and outpatient department of encephalopathy in Huayushanyuan District,Hubei Provincial Hospital from April 20 to December 2016.These patients were divided into two groups as the treatment group and the control group(sertraline group)according to the syndrome,(HAMD)score,total effective rate and neurological deficit(CSS).We recorded and evaluated the score of each target.The clinical data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Research resultsWe make sure that there were no significant differences in age,sex,HAMD score,CSS scores,TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of depression were improved significantly compared with those before treatment.(1)Comparison of the two groups of patients with depression: After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 86.77% in the treatment group and 76.33% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),which indicated that the two groups had improved the degree of depression Group than the control group.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,HAMD score,CSS score and TCM syndrome score were lower than those before treatment(P <0.01).The improvement of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P <0.05)Can improve the HAMD scale score,CSS scale points,TCM syndrome points,the treatment group in improving the symptoms of depression,neurological deficits and TCM syndrome is superior to the western medicine control group.(3)Safety: The treatment group were no major adverse drug reactions by the clinical treatment.Western medicine control group in the first 3 weeks after treatment,2 patients with mild indigestion,dry mouth,insomnia and other adverse reactions.Before and after treatment,laboratory tests(blood,urine,fecal routine,electrocardiogram,blood biochemistry,etc.)were no obvious abnormalities,which suggested that the treatment group are safety,meanwhile the adverse reactions Chance is small,stasis Kaiyu phlegm soup group is more secure for the patients.Research conclusionThe treatment of IPSD by the clinical observation of significant effect,not only the symptoms of depression after stroke patients improved significantly,but also help patients with nerve function recovery,reduce morbidity,no adverse reactions and drugs Dependence or addiction.Compared with the Western medicine group,the Zhuyu Kaiyu Huatan Decoction can achieve better clinical treatment,which is mean that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IPSD has obvious advantage.
