Objectives To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and oral western medicineon sudden deafness with syndrome of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type. Methods 1.During the period from February 2015 to January 2017,with visits to the Department of Department of ENT and acupuncture my hospital 60 patients with sudden deafness of standard cases,by random number table,60 cases were divided into acupuncture group and Western medicine group,30 cases in each group.2.The acupuncture group was treated by manual acupuncture. The main acupuncture points selection includedShuaigu,Qubin,Ermen,Tinghui,Yifeng(all the affected side);and the adjunct acupuncture points includedXuehai,Zuqiaoyin,Taichong(all both sides),once a day.Western medicine group were treated with Vinpocetinetablets(after meals,5mg each time, three times a day)and Mecobalamintablets(after meals,0.5mg each time, three times a day). Both groups were treated two courses of ten days, with five days’ gap between each course.3.Observing and recording the hearing values of both groups before and after the treatment and scoring the tinnitus severity, counting and analyzing the related pathogenic factors. All the data are counted and analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Analyzing the results of statistical data, compare the clinical effects of acupuncture and oral Western medicines. Results 1.Comparison inside the two groups before and after treatment:Compare hearing condition and accompanied tinnitus symptoms of the patients of acupuncture group and western medicine group after treatment with before treatment, the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two methods can improve hearing conditions and accompanied tinnitus symptoms of the patients.2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment:①Improve hearing aspect:acupuncture group after treatment compared with western medicine group, the average threshold value were increased significantly(P<0.05).②Improve the degree of tinnitus:acupuncture group after treatment compared with western medicine group, the degree of tinnitus scores decline has no obvious difference(P>0.05).3.Two groups of clinical curative effect comparison:①On hearing recovery:The clinical effect of two groups are treated statistically, the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).In acupuncture group, the cure rate is 24.14%,the obvious effective rate is 41.38%,the effective rate is 20.69%,and the total effective rate is 86.21%;in western medicine group, the cure rate is 6.90%,the obvious effective rate is 20.68%,the effective rate is 34.48%,and the total effective rate is 62.07%,indicating that the clinical effect of hearing of acupuncture group is better than that of western medicine group.②On accompanied tinnitus recovery:The clinical effect of two groups are treated statistically, the differences are not statistically significant(P>0.05).In acupuncture group, the cure rate is 15.00%,the obvious effective rate is 30.00%,the effective rate is 35.00%,and the total effective rate is 80.00%;in western medicine group, the cure rate is 10.53%,the obvious effective rate is 31.58%,the effective rate is 31.58%,and the total effective rate is 73.68%,indicating that there is no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy of improving tinnitus.4,Some factors correlated with deafness curative effect:①Course and deafness curative effect relationship:acupuncture group and western medicine the course and effect relationship of the selected cases were statistically significant(P<0.05),the course of<7 days group curative effect is better than that of 7~14 days course of curative effect, consider possible course is one of the factors influencing the curative effect of hearing.② The presence of tinnitus and deafness curative effect relationship:two groups of selected cases with and without tinnitus and hearing effect relationship had no statistical significance(P>0.05),therefore,whether the relationship between tinnitus and curative effect still needs further large sample research. Conclusions 1.Acupuncture and oral vinpocetine, mecobalamin can be effective in the treatment of sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.Acupuncture is indeed effective in the improvement of the hearing loss of sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, has obvious advantages compared with western medicine group, and the effects are similar in improving tinnitus compared with western medicine group.3.Course and deafness curative effect might exist correlation, suggested after found symptoms of patients with sudden deafness, early diagnosis for intervention treatment, prognosis is good.Presence of tinnitus is one of the factors affecting deafness curative effect is not exact, needs to be studied further large sample.
