Objective:To study the relationship between left ventricular remodeling and blood stasis syndrome,heart rate variability and blood stasis syndrome in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF),and to provide new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF).Object and methods:Collected the patients’ data,who saw the daoctor in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient or ward and in line with the diagnostic criteria of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients,from January 2016 to January 2017.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,dialectical analysis of blood stasis syndrome in selected patients with paroxysmal AF,will eventually be selected.And these people were divided into blood stasis syndrome group(40 cases)and non blood stasis syndrome group(20 cases).And also included 20 cases of physical examination of Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine health,as normal control group.According to the score of blood stasis sydrome,blood stasis sydrome group was divided into more than 10 integral grouping and integral<10 group.The information of blood stasis syndrome and the index cardiac ultrasound detection related subjects(IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD,LVMI))and dynamic electrocardiogram heart rate variability(SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50).And the data was analysised of by SPSS20.0.Results:1.The blood stasis syndrome group of IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD,LVMI value was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);blood stasis group IVST,LVMI value compared with the non blood stasis syndrome group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);non blood stasis syndrome group than those in control group LVPWT group increased obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The blood stasis syndrome group of SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 value was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);blood stasis syndrome group of SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 value compared with the non blood stasis syndrome group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);non blood stasis syndrome group RMSSD compared with the control group values were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.More than 10 integral division of IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD,LVMI values significantly increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);more than 10 packet LVEDD integral,LVMI integral value is<10 group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)<10 LVPWT packet integral;compared with the control group were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.More than 10 integral division of SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 values significantly increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);more than 10 integral grouping is integral difference<10 grouping was not statistically significant(P>0.05);integral<10 packet SDNN,SDANN,PNN50 compared with the control group numerical significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The patients with Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation had left ventricular remodeling,and the blood stasis syndrome is deeper than non blood stasis syndrome.2.The patients’ with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation heart rate variability has increased,and blood stasis syndrome is higher than non blood stasis syndrome.3.The degree of left ventricular remodeling in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation increased with the increase of blood stasis syndrome’ score.4.Blood stasis group than in the non blood stasis group IVST,LVMI,SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 were significantly increased.Therefore,the blood stasis may be involved in cardiac tissue remodeling caused by left ventricular remodeling,the changes in the anatomical structure of the heart,and aggravated with the increase of the degree of blood stasis;at the same time affect the autonomic nervous regulation in the heart.,which hich leads to the occurrence and development of PAF.
