| Objective: Through collation and statistics of clinical literature research in accordance to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy(CSA),this article reviews the summary and analysis of the commonly used meridians and acupoints in related literature studies,so to explore the generalization and cardinal principle on combination of varies acupoints,in correlation with acknowledgement of fundamental theory in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for the vertebral-arterial type of cervical spondylosis, thereby to seek for its respective formulation,so to provide the optimal guidance and reference for clinical practice and scientific research on the acupuncture scheme in the near future.Method: Through retrieval and selection of clinical research literature based on Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment on Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy(CSA),numerous databases are obtained from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang data,Chongqing Journal Integration Platform(CQVIP),Pub Med Central.Of which is followed by manual data entering into Excel tabulation after sorting from the selected acupoints and meridians from the sifted articles, statistical calculation of the frequent occurrence of respective acupoints and meridians.Summary of selection principle for acupoints and meridians based on the analysis and conclusion made from the clinical commonly used acupoints, meridians distribution, and usage of specific points,in conjunction with the clinicalapplication of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment correspondent to theoretical basis on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Results: 1.Through thorough filtration,a total of 227 literatures are included into this research study;2.Through sorting and analysis,a total of 51 articles using acupuncture and therapy to treat vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, accounting for 22 precent of the total number of documents, the second as the main application of small needle knife treatment with 31 references, accounted for 14%,but using Chan Chun Yi moxibustion therapy with only nine references;3.In terms of selected point,83 precent of the clinical literature the wind pool as the preferred point,a total of 188 times, followed by neck clip ridge point using 118 times, accounting for 53 precent of the total number of documents;4.In terms of acupuncture points to the 75 precent of meridians belong to Yang meridians,of which 10 acupoints foot shaoyang bile, the application of 246 times, followed by du meridian(10 hole/ 193)and bladder after sufficient sun(13 holes / 137);5.In a specific point estimate, intersection point application most times,a total of 25 acupoints, frequency is 46%,and the next 14 acupuncture point belongs to five acupoints, accounting for 10%.Conclusion:After statistics 227 literature shows that most of the clinical literature to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment coherent with small-needle scalpel therapy are the main treatment approach and compound such as needle or the combination of acupuncture with medicine therapy are also been the application of the clinical workers, but the simple acupuncture, moxibustion,or stab winding relatively few literature of cupping therapy.Major clinical medical practitioner preferred compound therapy as such, acupuncture 、 small-needle scalpel therapy and acupuncture therapy in combination with auxiliary technique or Chinese/Western oral medication.Extraordinary points and meridian acupoints are the primary selection,in which the Fengchi(GB20)are the prioritize selection,Cervical Paravertebral points,Dazhui(GV14),Fengfu(GV16),Tianzhu(BL10)are the main acupoints;among the Specific acupoints, intersection point were used most frequently, followed by Five-stream points 、 Source-points and Connecting-points;Amongst the meridian acupoints,Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(UB),Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang(GB)and Du Meridians(GV)with the most frequent occurrence, were used as the prioritized meridians. |
