The Effect Of Bushen Shugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Hyperprolactinemia Patients With Clinical Research

Objective: Through the observation of Bushen Shugan decoction in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type hyperprolactinemia(Hyperprolactinemia,HPRL)in patients with clinical efficacy,and discuss its mechanism,to provide some ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: In this study,a group of patients with hyperprolactinemia from our department’s outpatient clinic who met the criteria of admission were randomly divided into 24 cases of Chinese medicine group and 24 cases of Western medicine group.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese herbal medicine and Bushen Shugan Fang,and Western medicine group was treated with oral bromocriptine.Two groups of patients after 3 months to determine the efficacy,and statistical methods after treatment for comparative analysis and summary.To observe the improvement of serum prolactin(PRL)and TCM syndromes before and after treatment,and to observe the recurrence rate within three months after discontinuation of the medicine.Results: 1.The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group in treating patients with hyperprolactinemia of liver qi deficiency and kidney deficiency was 83.33%,and that of Western medicine group was 87.49%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine: two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptoms total score decreased significantly,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P,<0.05).The two groups after treatment,in improving oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea,galactorrhea,the lower abdomen pain,loss of libido,flank pain,the differences between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two group in improving Yaoxisuanruan,comparison between groups was statistically difference(P<0.05),Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group;the Chinese medicine group in improving menstruation,depression or irritability,breast pain,significantly better than the western medicine group(P< 0.01).3.PRL levels before and after treatment: two groups of patients after treatment,PRL levels were reduced,there were statistical differences(P<0.05),between the group compared with western medicine group PRL levels,compared with traditional Chinese medicine group decreased significantly(P<0.05).4.After stopping the recurrence during the follow-up period: two groups of PRL returned to normal range of patients after discontinuation during the follow-up period of 3 months the number of PRL increased,the traditional Chinese medicine group 3,western medicine group8,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the recurrence rate was16.67% in Chinese medicine group,western medicine group was 44.45%.5.Adverse reactions: two groups of patients during the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,Chinese medicine group was 12.50%,western medicine group was 41.67%,the two groups of adverse reactions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results show that the effect of Bushen Shugan prescription and bromocriptine on liver kidney deficiency syndrome in patients with hyperprolactinemia symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect,in the improvement of menstruation,depression or irritability,Yaoxisuanruan,breast distending pain,kidney liver is sparse bromocriptine has the advantage.Bromocriptine treatment of HPRL,although the effect is accurate,but after the presence of nausea,dizziness,constipation and other adverse reactions,and after withdrawal of serum PRL levels easily rebound.Shugan Bushen recipe in clinical reduce the level of PRL mild,withdrawal after the drug is not easy to relapse,and the incidence of adverse reactions after medication is small,safety is better than the use of bromocriptine,reflecting the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
