A Clinical Research Of The Curative Effect On Acupotomy And Bushen Qiangjin Capsules In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of acupotomy and Bushen Qiangjin capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment and further standardization of the clinical research of knee osteoarthritis,thus improving clinical efficacy.Besides,this research infrared thermal imaging examination before and after the treatment and analyzed relevant scores evaluating the effectiveness so as to explore an objective indicator for clinical evaluation of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsFrom January 2016 to January 2017,a total of 90 cases were collected according to the case inclusion and exclusion criteria.All of the patients have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis of the Type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and were randomly divided into experimental group 1(30 patients were treated with small needle knife and Bushen Qiangjin capsules)and experimental group 2(30 patients were treated with oral administration of Bushen Qiangjin capsules)and the control group(30 patients were treated with oral administration of Celecoxib Capsules).After a course of treatment,the joint pain,joint function score and infrared thermal imaging Atlas temperature of the patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the experimental group I,the experimental group II and the control group were 96.7%,90.0%and 93.3%respectively.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group I was better than that of the experimental group II and the control group(P<0.05)There was no significant difference between group II and control group(P<0.05).WOMAC Score:There was no significant difference in WOMAC Score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in WOMAC Score between the three groups after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference in WOMAC Score difference between the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group I,the difference of WOMAC Score between the experimental group II and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group II,There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the WOMAC Score difference of the control group.In the improvement of WOMAC Score,the experimental group I was better than the experimental group II and the control group,the experimental group II and the control group made the similar effect.VAS Score:There was no significant difference in VAS Score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant differencebetween the three groups after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference in VAS Score difference between the three groups(P<0.01).Compared with the experimental group I,the VAS Score difference between the experimental group Ⅱ and the control group was significantly different(P<0.01).Compared with the experimental group II,there was significant difference of VAS Scores in the control group(P<0.05).In the improvement of VAS Score,the test group I is better than the control group,the control group is better than the experimental group II.Temperature of thermal imaging:There was no significant difference in the temperature of infrared thermal imaging between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the temperature before and after treatment between the three groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the temperature between the three groups after treatment(P<0.01),Compared with the experimental group I,there was no significant difference in the the experimental group II(P>0.05),and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group II,there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).The temperature of the three groups were generally decreased After treatment.During the treatment period,1 case of adverse events was respectively found in the experimental group I and the experimental group II because of dry mouth.1 case of adverse events was found in the control group because of gastrointestinal reactions.The incidence of adverse events was 1/30 in the three groups.Conclusion1.Small needle knife combined with Bushen Qiangjin capsule therapy have effective curative effect in reducing joint pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improving joint function and relieving clinical symptoms.2.Small needle knife combined with Bushen Qiangjin capsule therapy has synergistic effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.3.Infrared thermal imaging technology could be used as an objective evaluation index for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
