Short Term Therapeutic Efficacy Of Chimuxiji Gel Topical Treatment Of Early Osteoarthritis Of The Knee

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chimuxiji gel in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,Summarize the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the drug,For the clinical application of Chimuxiji gel treatment of this type of knee osteoarthritis to provide a theoretical basis,Promote the application of the traditional Chinese medicine gel dosage form in clinical practice。Method:40 Shandong province Wendengzhenggu hospital collected three joint from 201602 to 2016 08 months of outpatient with 40 early stage of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis were included in the standard case,Divided into experimental group and control group。Two groups of patients were treated with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules 0.628g tid,The experimental group was treated with topical 10g bid Chimuxiji gel,The control group was treated with Chimuxiji bid,The two groups were treated with 10d for 1 courses,with a total of 3 courses。Experience group:Use a wet towel to clean the skin of the knee before each gel treatment,take the red wood lotion gel 10g,scraping plate to the center of the 10cm range of patella,evenly on the knee(including popliteal fossa),2 times a day sooner or later.Continuous use of 3 courses.Control group:Take charge of 100g with red wood lotion,2L pure water boiled,boiled repeatedly fully filter to get red wood lotion liquid slag,each time the use of liquid will be heated,heated to the patient’s skin can withstand the temperature.And then folded the size of the moderate size of the gauze soaked with liquid medicine,the patient knee,the wet gauze soaked in the patella as the center of the upper and lower 10cm range,each time 30min,when the temperature is low to replace the gauze,2 times a day sooner or later,after the wash liquid will be installed in the refrigerator.each package can be repeated heating 10 times.Continuous use of 3 courses.Before and after treatment were observed two groups of patients with pain score,Lysholm score and knee joint function grading;observation of syndrome stimulation first,two groups of patients 5,10,20,30 days after the start of treatment of skin records。The collected data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software,and the data were analyzed by t test or variance analysis。Results:A total of 40 patients were included in the study group,of which the experimental group was given the drug to withdraw from the drug itself,and the control group had a total of 2 cases of skin allergy due to withdrawal,the actual completion of the case of 37 cases of。The average operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The pain relief effect of the experimental group and the control group was similar(P>0.05);The skin irritation of the control group was greater than that of the experimental group(P<0.05);In the experimental group and the control group,the effect of the knee joint functional classification was improved(P>0.05);In the experimental group and the control group,the effect of the knee joint functional classification was improved(P>0.05);The total effective rate of symptoms and signs:89.47%in the experimental group,the total effective rate of symptoms and signs:the control group was 83.33%.Conclusion:Chimuxiji gel for early stage of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis has good curative effect,and the use of safe,convenient and quick,and can be used in clinical practice.
