The Clinical Study On Knee Osteoarthritis Treated By Minimally Invasive Tibial Osteotomy Operation With Adjustable External Fixators

Objective:By comparing the observation indexes before and after surgeries,discuss minimally invasive tibial osteotomy combined with adjustable external fixators in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effects to provide new methods and thoughts for surgical operations in treating knee osteoarthritis.Materials and methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,select 30 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients from the Orthopedics of People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 01,2014 to March 01,2016.Apply the minimally invasive tibial osteotomy combined with the method of adjustable external fixators to treat the knee osteoarthritis with postoperative follow-up for 1 year.Analyze and proceed the observation indexes with the SPSS20.0.Results:The results of the analysis of each observation index from the said 30 cases are as following:The average of preoperative Femorotibial angle reduces from 184.07°±2.21° to 172.770±1.61°;The average of the preoperative Tibial angle reduces from 101.90°±2.48°to 88.97 °±3.18°;The average of the preoperative Medial femorotibial joint space increases from 1.93±0.32mm to 4.25±0.22mm;The average of the preoperative Lysholm knee functional scores increases from 42.100±4.96 points to 79.63±4.72 points;All the indexes cater P<0.05.The difference statistically means.Obvious improvement compared between preoperative and postoperative is visually firm.In conclusion,the treat of the minimally invasive tibial osteotomy knee osteoarthritis combined with adjustable external fixators has obvious curative effects.Conclusion:The treat of the Minimally invasive tibial osteotomy knee osteoarthritis combined with adjustable external fixators has many advantages such as being fixed firmly,easy to operate,low cost,less complications,etc;By correcting lines of force of lower limb,it can promote the cartilage rehab,relieve the pain,improve the joint functions,improve the quality of survival and delay or even avoid total knee arthroplasty.The treat of the Minimally invasive tibial osteotomy combined with adjustable external fixators provides surgical more options for clinical doctors to treat the knee osteoarthritis.
