Purpose:This topic by discussing the syndrome elments characteristics of the syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis of the metabolic syndrome(MS),and relations with Insulin Resistance(IR),so as to explain MS lesions mechanism of phlegm and blood stasis by each,for the syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis of the MS which provides the theoretical foundation of TCM syndrome differentiation,and discusses from the Angle of modem medicine,the syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis of TCM diagnosis and treatment of the disease provide certain objective reference.Methods:Using the syndrome elments dialectical method,analyse the location and nature of the syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis of the MS.And base on the laboratory examination methods to collect biochemical indexes,so as to calculate the IR index—Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),in case to investigate the relationship between the syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis with IR.Results:① The syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis of the MS patients are the main disease of liver,spleen,kidney,gallbladder,stomach,heart(account for 80.24%,72.46%,59.28%,72.46%,21.56%,17.96%),the mainly nature of disease mergers are wet,hot,and qi stagnation,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency(account for 94.01%,88.02%,78.44%,88.02%,71.26%,and64.07%).② MS patients with each other by phlegm and blood stasis and phlegm and blood stasis evidence element distribution between patients with each other by significant differences(P<0.01).③ MS patients with each other by phlegm and blood stasis and phlegm syndrome of bloodstasis syndrome in patients with insulin differences(P<0.05),and with the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with IR exist significant difference(P<0.01).④ MS phlegm,blood stasis syndrome factor is positively correlated integral was inersely associated with HOMA-IR,Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.149,0.100,respectively.⑤ IR is used to distinguish MS phlegm and blood stasis by each meaningful,IR more concern to MS the greater the chance of each other by phlegm and blood stasis.Conclusion:①Justification of MS patients with phlegm and blood stasis by each element distributioncharacteristics suggest the mechanism of lesions for wet trapped pixu(spleen deficient),liver depression and qi stagnation,insufficiency of kidney essence.② The MS patients with each other by phlegm and blood stasis and phlegm and blood stasis patients with each other by connecting element distribution characteristics,prompt the development of MS,the overall distribution of syndrome factor changes,namely change the overall pathogenesis.But at the different stages of the disease development are easy to produce sputum and stasis pathological changes,thus treating MS should attach importance to each other by phlegm and blood stasis.③ MS phlegm and blood stasis by insulin and each IR syndrome group were higher than the mutual phlegm and blood stasis,the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome factor score is positively correlated with insulin resistance index,suggesting that phlegm and blood stasis and closely associated with insulin resistance,from mutual conclusion MS,phlegm and blood stasis is of far-reaching significance.④ IR is used to distinguish MS phlegm and blood stasis by each sense,can prompt IR for clinical diagnosis of MS phlegm and blood stasis by each provide a reference basis.
