The Implementation Effect Analysis Of System "Seamless Cohesion" Between The New Cooperative Medical System And Medical Assistance Of Urban And Rural Residents In Xunyi County Of Shaanxi Province

The New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System in alleviating farmers’ poverty due to illness,has played an important role.But it still can’t meet the demand of rural poor people’s health,while the civil administration department’s medical relief fund actually still has a fund precipitation.Since 2010,Xunyi county of Shaanxi province began trying to combine the civil administration medical assistance with urban and rural residents basic medical insurance,and accomplished seamless management,achieved the immediate settlement of the "one-stop"medical assistance service.This paper takes "one-stop" medical assistance service model in Xunyi county of Shaanxi Province as the research object,and studies the implementation effect of these two system seamless cohesion mode,explores its results and summarizes the existing problems.Finally,it makes some feasible recommendations and countermeasures.In this research,the first part mainly about the introduction concludes the background,significance and so on.And then introduce the research ideas and methods,the research possible innovation,and illustrates the related concepts and key indicators.The second chapter is the literature review,and through the academic circles in recent years about the medical treatment and the new rural cooperation cohesion related research,analysis and summary.The third chapter is analysis of operation status quo of new cooperative medical care and medical assistance.The fourth chapter through several key indicators for Xunyi county urban and rural residents’ the medical treatment and the new rural cooperation seamless running effect for empirical analysis.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the "one-stop" medical assistance service implementation effect evaluation of the results and existing shortcomings of two aspects to discuss.The sixth chapter is on the basis of comprehensive analysis tries to put forward some further perfect "one-stop" feasibility countermeasures of medical assistance service.
