Objective To investigate the dietary intake of pregnant women during pregnancy during pregnancy,to understand the changes of pregnant women during pregnancy,to calculate the weight gain of pregnant women during pregnancy,to observe whether hypoglycemic diet can reduce the weight gain during pregnancy and the occurrence of the phenomenon.Methods The epidemiological randomized intervention test was conducted in this study.The pregnant women in a Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Anhui Province were selected as the research object,and the intervention group and the control group were established.The intervention group was 97 cases and 94 cases were control.The intervention group was divided into two groups according to the pre-pregnancy BMI value and the gestational weight gain grade.The main intervention was hypoglycemic diet,the intervention node was born for the child,and the control group did not impose the intervention of the project.The basic information questionnaire was used to obtain the baseline data of pregnant women’s demographic information.At the same time,the dietary intake of pregnant women was recorded at the same time.During the period of pregnancy test,the weight of pregnant women and the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid were continuously monitored.The birth weight,gender and other information of newborns were recorded in pregnant women.The changes of blood glucose and blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Different to explore the effect of low blood sugar load dietary intervention.Results(1)Pregnant women’s basic information: Age distribution of pregnant women in intervention group and control group is 25.63±2.58 years old and 25.62±2.62 years old,P>0.05,when the height in intervention group is 159.09±4.16 cm,the control group is 159.04±4.20 cm,P>0.05,while the weight is 54.04±7.85 kg,the control group is 51.00±7.20 kg,P>0.05.There are no significant difference between the two groups in age,height and weight.(2)Effect of low GL dietary Intervention during pregnancy on diet: In the second trimester,the dietary energy of the intervention group is 1441.40±407.17 kcal and control group is 1715.78±517.99 kcal,P<0.05.For all of the food,the protein of the intervention group is 60.15±10.71 g,fat is 39.20±17.66 g,carbohydrate is 206.52±63.36 g,which are all significantly lower than those in the control group(52.34±11.79 g,50.82±23.34 g,255.03±84.92g).In the third trimester,the dietary energy of the intervention group is 1489.22±375.79 kcal and control group is 1782.98±491.43 kcal,P<0.05.For all of the food,the protein of the intervention group is 61.65±8.29 g,fat is 40.75±13.08 g,carbohydrate is 213.50±60.95 g,which are all significantly lower than those in the control group(52.95±11.34 g,53.59±19.09 g,264.88±86.25g).The dietary GL of the intervention group is 142.02±49.41 and GI is 56.98±11.08 in the second trimester,which are significantly lower than those in the control group(170.54±64.73,62.63±14.26).The dietary GL of the intervention group is146.35±48.15 and GI is57.53±8.95 in the third trimester,which are significantly lower than those in the control group(163.65±59.96,61.62±13.10).(3)Effects of low GL dietary intervention on weight gain during pregnancy: Weight gain in the intervention group is 13.61±3.76 kg and the control group is 15.13±3.15 kg,P<0.05,there are 20 people’s weight gain over the IOM standard during pregnancy in the intervention group while the control group is 35.Weight gain in the second trimester in the intervention group is 3.32±1.69 kg,which is significantly lower than the control group(4.13±1.86 kg),P<0.05.Weight gain in the third trimester in the intervention group is 2.77±1.80 kg,which is significantly lower than the control group(3.56±1.31 kg),P<0.05.(4)Effects of low GL dietary intervention on the neonatal birth during pregnancy: The neonatal birth weight in the intervention group is 3186.70±350.05 g,which is significantly higher than that of the control group(3205.38±516.12 g),P<0.05.The neonatal length in the intervention group is 49.82±0.99 cm and the control group is 50.02±0.80 cm,P>0.05.The incidence of adverse birth: There is 1 case of macrosomia in the intervention group while the control group is 3.The newborns is large for gestational age in the intervention group is 7 while the control group is 13,the newborns is small for gestational age in the intervention group is 11 while the control group is 11.The premature in the intervention group is 3 cases while the control group is 2,the differences are all not statistically significant.Conclusion This study was conducted to improve the dietary structure and nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy,and to reduce the increase of body weight during pregnancy.At the same time,the birth weight,length is slightly reduced,long-term guidance for the health of maternal and child health.
