cholesteatoma of the middle ear, analyzed and summarized the clinical features of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of the middle ear in Yanbian. Methods:This paper reviewed and summarized 187 cases of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma treated in our hospital from 2014 to now.Based on the《Manual of Otitis Media Clinical Clsassfication and Surgical Typing(2012)》,we analyzed and summarized the clinical features of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of the middle ear.Results:1.there was no significant difference in the age factor among the three groups of the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media, the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of the middle ear(P>0.05).2.there was a significant difference in the average hearing threshold of preoperation between the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media or cholesteatoma of the middle ear(P<0.01).3.there was a significant difference in the choice of surgry types inclueded CWD,CWU and tympanoplasty between the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media or cholesteatoma of the middle ear(P<0.05),there was a significant difference in the choice of IBM between the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of the middle ear(P<0.05).4.Compared with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear,It was statistically significant about the perforation of the tympanic membrane tensa among the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear(P<0.05),It was also statistically significant about the perforation of the tympanal flaccid part between the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear(P<0.05).5.Compared with the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media,It was statistically significant about the conductive deafness or mixed deafness among the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media with the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media and the cholesteatoma of the middle ear with the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media(P<0.05).6.There was significant difference between the initial operation and reoperation between the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media(x2=9.455.P=0.002).7.Compared with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear,It was statistically significant difference about the rate of facial nerve exposed among the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear(x2=26.852,P<0.001).8.Compared with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear,It was statistically significant difference in the incidence of ossicular chain disruption among the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear and the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media with the cholesteatoma of the middle ear(x2=78.810,P<0.001).9.The patients’s postoperative hearing of the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media, the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of the middle ear using different types of surgery had been recovered in different degrees.(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The hearing loss of the stationary phase of chronic suppurative otitis media is mainly conductive deafness, hearing loss is mild.On the choice of operation is more likely to choose CWU or Tympanoplasty, intraoperative facial nerve exposure and ossicular chain disruption are rare.2.The hearing loss of the activity of chronic suppurative otitis media is mainly mixed deafness, hearing loss is heavier. On the choice of operation is more likely to choose CWD.intraoperative facial nerve exposure and ossicular chain disruption are common.3.Hearing loss cholesteatoma of middle ear is based on the degree of lesions, and sometimes even appear completely deafness. On the choice of operation is inclined to choose CWD or IBM,intraoperative facial nerve exposure and ossicular chain disruption percentage increased obviously. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | the
