Study Of The Disease Menu And Analysis Of Hotspots About Fire Needle Therapy On Modern Clinical Literature

ObjectiveTo summarize the advantages of disease and clinical application on modern clinical literature about fire needle therapy,and analyze the hotspots of the recent five years part.MethodsRetrieving literatures from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the VIP database(VIP),WanFangData,SinoMed(CBM)and the Pubmed electronically.The search period is from February 20,2017,and the date of the search is 20 February 2017.Select the articles according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Extract the relevant information from the final included articles.Pretreat the datas and establish the database.Import the excel table into the SPSS22.0 to perform cluster analysis,so as to further study the hot spots.Besides,import the results into the SATI3.2.And then export the data into the excel table.Metrologically analyze and add up the final data to summarize the clinical disease spectrum of fire needle therapy.ResultsIn this study,766 clinical papers in the last five years were included for the hotspot analysis.2876 times of the keywords were used.939 keywords were Obtained,and 42 high frequency keywords were selected to perform cluster analysis.The results showed that the hotspots gathered into three categories.The keywords "fire needle","herpes zoster" and "cupping"clustered into a class.The keywords "lumbar disc herniation" and "Tendon therapy" clustered into a class.The keywords "acupuncture",aacupuncture andmoxibustion","knee osteoarthritis","warm acupuncture","efficacy","piercing cupping","clinical efficacy","Chinese medicine","humeral external epicondylitis","frozen shoulder","needle","herpes zoster neuralgia","acupoint injection","neuro-dermatitis","clinical research","clinical observation","surround needling","electro-acupuncture","nodular prurigo","acne vulgaris","bloodletting","lower extremity varicose veins","prick needling","attendance","facial spasm","Ahshi-point","vitiligo","Chinese medicine therapy","observation of efficacy","rheumatoid arthritis","nerve root cervical spondylosis","flat warts","efficacy evaluation","Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)","treatment" and "acne" clustered into a class.1823 articles were included for the disease spectrum study.It was classified as 8 subjects,including 24 categories and 271 diseases.It was divided into 207 cases of western medicine,31 symptoms of Western medicine,26 TCM diseases,7 TCM syndromes.The total frequencies of the disease were 1860 times.The number of diseases ranked the top three were orthopedics,dermatology and surgical,accounting for 63.33%of all diseases.They were the main treatment camp for fire needle therapy.The number of disease types over 30 from high to low were:orthopedics,dermatology,surgical,medical and nervous system disease.The frequency of the top five disease systems followed by orthopedics,dermatology,nervous system disease,surgical and medical.The diseases above 100 frequency was herpes zoster,accounting for the total frequency of 9.86%.It was the dominant disease treated by fire needle therapy.The frequency ranked in the top ten were:herpes zoster,lateral epicondylitis,knee osteoarthritis,frozen shoulder,post-herpetic neuralgia,ganglion cyst,lumbar disc herniation,Flat warts,facial paralysis and neuro-dermatitis.It was the main spectrum distribution of the fire needle therapy.ConclusionThe clinical research of the fire needle therapy in the last 5 years basically formed three hot trends,including treatment of Herpes Zoster by fire needle combined with cupping,treatment of lumbar disc herniation with fire needles combined with tendons therapy,treatment of 14 common diseases and clinical research design about fire needles combined with other treatments,especially with the acupuncture therapy.The clinical spectrum of fire needle therapy mainly distributed in the pain,arthralgia and swelling.The disease of orthopedics,dermatology,surgical was the main treatment camp.Herpes zoster was the dominant disease.The main spectrum distribution were herpes zoster,lateral epicondylitis,knee osteoarthritis,frozen shoulder,post-herpetic neuralgia,ganglion cyst,lumbar disc herniation,Flat warts,facial paralysis and neuro-dermatitis.
