The Predictive Value Of CHADS₂ Score And Other Related Scores For Severity Of Coronary Atherosclerosis Heart Disease

Objective:We usually use CHADS2 score and CHA2DS2-VASc score which was raised by ESC2010 guide for risk assessment of atrial fibrillation in patients with cerebral stroke.Because through the evaluation,we can simply and quickly choose antithrombotic treatment strategy on clinic.Many factors in the evaluation has been confirmed that are also risk factors for coronary heart disease,and CHADS2 with related scores including CHA2DS2-VASc has been demonstrated to predict severe coronary lesion effectively.The purpose of this paper is to collect some cases of Zhejiang area to explore the feasibility of evaluation about the severity of CAD on the basis of CHA2DS2-VASc score added with blood lipid(H),smoking(S)and family history of cardiovascular disease(F).Method:Select 167 patients who has been treated by coronary angiography in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital from August 2016 to February 2016.Record the patients' relevant indicators(age,gender,BMI,history of hypertension,diabetes,smoking history,family history of coronary heart disease,LDL,HDL,TC,TG)?Through coronary angiography for patients to evaluate the degree of coronary atherosclerosis?Than analyze and compare correlation about the severity of coronary atherosclerosis of different scores especially CHA2DS2-VASc-HSF score.Result:CHADS2 score,CHA2DS2-VASc score and CHA2DS2-VASc-HSF score has a certain value of prediction for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in clinic.But for the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,there is no special significance.(p>0.05).Conclusion:CHADS2 score and the related scores have certain value of prediction for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CHA2DS2-VASc-HSF score has no special advantage.CHADS2 score and the related scores for the prediction about the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease remains to be fastidious.
