| ObjectiveTo analyze the related factors for mesopancreas lymph node metastasis and the relation between mesopancreas lymph node and survival, aiming to guiding the surgical treatment.MethodsRetrospective analysis of the related factors for mesopancreas lymph node based on the specimen of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy operated by our team between June 2015 and December 2016.Putative risk factors were divided into two broad categories:1)patient-related factors, such as age,gender,BMI,Hypertension,Diabetes,etc;2)tumor-related fators, such as tumor location, size, tumor maker, etc.Follow up with the patients with malignant tumor, adopt the Kaplan-Meier analysis to analyze the influence of mesopancreas lymph node on survival and disease free survival.ResultsBetween June 2015 and December 2016,our team performed 80 LTMpE.Only 1 perioperative death.According to the postoperative pathologic results,55 patients with malignant tumor,25 patients with benign. With factor analysis of variance,patient-related factors(age, gender,BMI,hypertension, diabetes, with and without jaundice, abdominal pain or not),tumor-related fators(tumor size, location, peripheral blood ratio of lymphocyte and neutrophil(NLR),CA19-9,CA125 and CEA)have no influence on the mesopancreas lymph node metastasis. There is a median follow-up of 9 months,Kaplan-Meier survival analysis suggests that the lymph node metastasis of mesopancreas and vascular zone of mesopancreas are related to the short-term survival and recurrence of malignant tumor.Type of recurrence has no obvious correlation to the lymph node metastasis of mesopancreas.ConclusionsMesopancreas is one of the region for lymph node metastasis.Lymph node metastasis of mesopancreas suggests poor prognosis in patients. The lymph node metastasis of vascular zone of mesopancreas is related to the short-term survival and recurrence of malignant tumor. |
