Objective:To investigate the effects of PDCA on compliance of cancer pain patients who oral analgesic medicine.Methods:92 cases of patients suffered from cancer pain were divided into the experimental group(n =45)and control group randomly(n =47).All the patients were given corresponding type and dose analgesic medicine according to patient’s condition,of which,drug therapy related routine health education was given in control group.On basis of routine health education,PDCA were given to the experimental group.Follow 4 weeks,the analysis was carried out before and after intervention in two groups by drug compliance scale、numerical rating scale and self-designed questionnaire of cancer pain awareness.The parents’ awareness of diseases,treatment compliance and therapeutic effects evaluate were evaluated before and after intervention.Results:Before intervention,the parents’ s awareness were not significantly different between the experiment and control groups(P>0.05).After PDCA intervention,the awareness of pain of the experiment group was significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.01).The drug compliance and the pain score of the experiment group were significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions:The cycle mode with PDCA taking oral analgesic medicine compliance as attentive focus,though accessing and analysising the cause of oral analgesic medicine compliance,and intervention with revelvant nursing methods,can improve patient,s awareness of the cancer pain and treatment compliance,thereby enhance the therapeutic effect.The nursing model is worth popularizing.
