| Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical application of Guided Bone Regeneration(GBR)and its related application methods in the oral implantation of various types of bone defects to achieve the reconstruction effect.And to provide the clinical basis for the application of GBR technique in oral implant surgery.Methods: The subjects ages 33 to 60 years old,a total of 10 cases-7 males and 3females.These patients because of different factors which lead to tooth loss,and want to use the implant restoration approach to reconstruction.Because of the bone defect or bone deficiency in the implant area,it’s taken the application of Bone-Guided Regeneration(GBR)for bone increments.Depending on the different approaches of implant operation,three surgical-approaches were used: horizontal or vertical bone-grafting surgery,sinus Lifting and immediate implantation.Wherein the horizontal or vertical ridge augmentation in 3 cases,3 cases of maxillary sinus augmentation and immediate implantation with bone-grafting applied in 4 cases.To place the implants in the same time of bone surgery or after a bone healing.To make restoratives,checking closely in the operation or viewing to the postoperative conditions of bone increment through X-ray or Cone Beam CT images before selecting a appropriate restorative for the case.Results:10 patients made with applications the incremental GBR bone surgery,were implanted 15 implants.A postoperative healing period after six months,through imaging and clinical observations to the incremental bonesite,the ossification of the bone-tissue in the increased bone area was good.It’s also shown a very good osseointegration between the implant and incremental bone.No resorption,No implant loosening,No inflamed gums or other abnormal conditions.Conclusion:1.GBR for horizontal or vertical bone defect,sinus left and immediate implant,bone split or open window can have a stable effect.2.Guide bone regeneration can solve the different types of bone defect,consistent with dental implants aesthetics requirements.3.Use of biological membrane can be effectively prevent fibroblasts and epithelial cells into the bone defect area,make a good osseointegration... |
