With the advancement of regenerative medical technology, platelet concentrates were used in the oral implantment patients who had bone defect with a satisfying clinical effect.Concentrated growth factors(CGF)are growth factors that are concentrated in the blood, and these growth factors are mainly located in blood plasma and platelets. The scholars have applied autologous CGF to fix defect of bone, periodontal tissue defect, soft tissue regeneration and sinus augmentation, etc.Autologous CGF fibrin gel which contains several kind of growth factors and fibrin even include CD34 stem cell, can promote the proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis of cell and simulate vascularization to accelerate the repair of hard and soft tissue.Objecive: In this study,10 cases of clinical cases were collected to observe the effect of composite bone graft materials combined with CGF used in oral implant treatment. Methods: Ten patients who were selected to receive dental implant treatment.1.Meet the following requirements: No heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and other systemic disease history;Age 30 to 60 years;Non-smoking and non-alcoholic patients; There is a need for guided bone regeneration in conditions where there is a bone defect or bone deficiency in the implant area;Patients with venous blood can be extracted; No blood clotting problems;Did not take any anticoagulant drugs(e.g.Aspirin)3 months prior to surgery;Patients can return visit on time.2.Initial diagnosis and treatment plan Understand the purpose and expectations of patient visits, clinical data collected to confirm the treatment plan and operation time.Patients should be recall on time.3.Preoperative preparation First, according to the implant plan of each patient, two blood collection tubes were used to collect the appropriate venous blood volume, one of which was a vacuum blood collection tube containing a silicon coating, and the other was a vacuum blood collection tube without any addition. And then immediately placed into the centrifugal accelerator,so that the blood separation 4.Preparation of CGF gel and CGF membrane After centrifugation for 13 min,the blood collection tubes containing silicon coating were divided into three layers, the top layer was platelet-rich plasma, the middle layer was CGF fibrin gel,and the bottom layer was red cell layer. The CGF gel was isolated(where a large number of growth factors were located at the interface between the middle layer and the bottom layer,so the part of the junction must be preserved as part of the separation). This was pressed into a membrane as a barrier membrane for the surgical area.5.Preparation of Autologous Fibrin Glue(AFG)A vacuum tube without any addition was centrifuged for 13 minutes. The intermediate layer does not condense into a gel,but forms liquid CGF.The amount of liquid CGF was about 3cc extracted from the blood collection intermediate layer and mixed with Bio-oss and FDBA bone graft material. After standing for 5 to 10 minutes, the formation of sticky bone, also known as AFG sticky bone.6.Implant surgery and implant restoration.7.After completing the treatment for one year, follow up.Conclusions: All clinical cases in this paper were treated with CGF in the GBR technique.Whether the implant is implanted before, during and after implantation, all stages of soft and hard tissue treatment, the bone tissue level of the implant in the restoration after loading half a year to a year, the implant around the hard and soft tissues are showing good stability.
