Clinical Study On Treatment Of Children With Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Type Anorexia By Acupuncture Combined With Four Seam And Nutrition Intervention

Aim:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with nutrition therapy on four children with anorexia and spleen deficiency syndrome.By the end of 3 months when the symptoms and the intake of nutrients for the treatment before and after treatment,indicating that children use nutrition nutrition clinic intervention combined with thorn four seam treatment splenism whether infantile anorexia has the superiority.The utility model further enriches the content of the treatment of infantile anorexia,and provides a method for the treatment of infantile anorexia in children nutrition clinic,which is safe,effective and easy to be accepted by children and parents.Method:During the period from January 2016 to July 2016 in Nanjing city Yuhuatai District Maternal and child health clinic in 1～3 years old children’s nutritional splenism type anorexia patients 104 cases,according to the principle of random and control,the subjects were divided into thorn four seam group in 36 cases,37 cases of intervention group and combination group(four joint nutrition intervention combined with needling 31 cases).The thorn four seam treatment is regular after disinfection with 5 minute quick prick volar forefinger and middle finger,ring finger and little finger joint 0.1-0.5cm in the middle of second,out of a small amount of mucus or blood with sterilized cotton ball wiping hemostasis,two times a week.Nutrition intervention as dietary guidance and dietary behavior guidance:dietary guidance is the parents completed(2 working days 3 days and 1 days off)24h dietary questionnaires and dietary survey nutrition input star system,we calculated three on the nutrient intake,average and according to the "China residents dietary guidelines(2011)" guidance to diet;eating behavior guided by love of rice eating behavior assessment of children anorexia eating habits for questioning and assessment,evaluation results are divided into poor appetite,to a food preference,poor eating habits,parents care,fear of eating five degrees,and the corresponding guidance or to eating habits diagnosis and treatment of nutritional intervention,once a week.The nutrition intervention and the four suture therapy were all treated for 2 weeks and 1 courses.Result:At the end of treatment,the combined group cured 10 cases,accounting for 32.26%,effective in 19 cases,accounting for 61.29%,the progress of 1 people,accounting for 3.23%,invalid 1,accounting for 3.23%,the effective rate is 93.6%,thorn four seam group cured 10 cases,accounting for 27.78%,effective in 21 cases,accounting for 58.33%,improved in 3 cases,accounted for 8.33%.Invalid in 2 cases,accounting for 5.56%,the effective rate is 86.11%,the nutrition intervention group 3 cases were cured,accounting for 8.11%,effective in 23 cases,accounting for 62.16%,improved in 6 cases,accounting for 16.22%,invalid 5,accounting for 13.51%,the effective rate is 70.27%.Compared with the intervention group(P<0.05),the combined group and the acupuncture group of four suture were better than those of the nutritional intervention group(P<0.05).The nutritional intervention group had less energy and fat enhancement(P<0.05),and the protein of the joint group was higher(P<0.05).3 months after the treatment,the combined group cured 18 cases,accounting for 58.06%,effective in 13 cases,accounting for 41.94%,the effective rate is 100%,thorn four seam group cured 11 cases,accounting for 30.56%,effective in 21 cases,accounting for 58.33%,improved in 2 cases,accounting for 5.56%,invalid in 2 cases,accounting for 5.56%,the effective rate is 88.89%the nutritional intervention group,cured 6 cases,accounting for 16.22%,effective in 24 cases,accounting for 64.86%,improved in 4 cases,accounting for 10.81%,invalid in 3 cases,accounting for 8.11%,the effective rate is 81.08%.The combination group had the best effect of energy,protein and fat(P<0.05),and the effect was the best(P<0.01).The end of the three groups of children with anorexia treatment,symptoms were improved with clinical curative effect,thorn four seam joint nutrition intervention treatment of pediatric splenism type anorexia compared with single 1 uses thorn four seam or nutritional intervention,return results better curative effect 3 months after the treatment,has the characteristics of convenient,safe,easy to operate,suitable for to promote the use of children’s nutrition clinic.Conclusion:Through this study,thorn four seam and nutritional intervention in children treated with splenism efficacy of anorexia is better than any method,and has statistical significance(P<0.05),has definite curative effect,simple operation,easy to be accepted by children and their parents and other advantages,combined with nutrition method,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine worthy of promotion in the primary,child nutrition clinic.
