Immediate Analgesic Effect Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Migraine With Acute Migraine Without Aura Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine with aura without headache during the acute PeriodMethods:The randomized method,60 patients met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(triPle needling therapy)and control group(conventional acuPuncture group)30 cases each.The exPerimental group took ipsilateral Shuaigu point,using triple needling therapy;the control group from the Taiyang point,Fengchi point,Waiguan point,Xia xi point,Shuaigu point,received acupuncture therapy.The two groups were in acute stage acupuncture 1 times,observation index scale short form McGill pain in two groups before and after treatment,and to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Compared before and after treatment of 40 minute McGill scores of the two groups,were relieved(P<0.05),and in the short form McGill pain score,Qi acupuncture group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and before and after thetreatment group McGill two minutes 10,20 the score,no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment of migraine without aura has immediateanalgesic effect,and the duration is 40min.2.Tripleneedling Shuaigu treatment of migraine without aura improved Migill scale score,clinical curative effect is better than the traditional acupuncture treatment of migraine patients pressure significantly.
