| Purpose:Through the experiment of rat model of traumatic wound dressing,dynamic comparative observation of effect of a hemorrhoid protein content and hydroxyproline levels the number of fibroblasts and granulation tissue in the wound in the dressing process of hemorrhoids lotion the mechanism of promoting wound healing.Method:Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal saline group,fufanghuangbai lotion,a hemorrhoid group,25 rats in each group.After the model group with normal saline,fufanghuangbai lotion,a wound to hemorrhoids medicine,3,7,14 days to observe the number of fibroblasts and granulation tissue protein content and hydroxyproline levelResult:1 the number of wound granulation tissue fibroblastsA group of third,7,for 14 days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P<0.05,there was significant difference,and in the seventh,14 days,a difference that hemorrhoids can promote rat wound fibroblasts,at seventh and 14 days was significantly higher than that of Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group and saline group.Fufanghuangbai lotion group third and 7 days,compared with the normal saline group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in meaning,that in third,the Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion for 7 days,to promote wound healing in rats to produce effect of fiber cells is not obvious.Compared with the saline group,the P fourteenth was significantly different between the fourteenth groups.The results showed that the Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion could significantly promote the formation of wound fibroblasts in rats at day 0.05.2 Analysis of hydroxyproline content in wound tissue of ratsHemorrhoids medicine group was third days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in meaning,and a description of hemorrhoid Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion in third days to promote the formation of wound rats has no significant difference in hydroxyproline.Hemorrhoids medicine group was seventh days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P<0.05,there was significant difference,indicating a hemorrhoid with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion,in seventh days to promote the generation of wound hydroxyproline in rats had obvious difference.Hemorrhoids medicine group was fourteenth days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in meaning,and a description of hemorrhoid Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion in Fourteenth days to promote the formation of wound rats has no significant difference in hydroxyproline.Third,7 groups of Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion,14 days,compared with the normal saline group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in significance,shows that the Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion with saline treatment in third,7,14 days to promote the generation of wound hydroxyproline in rats had no significant difference.3 Analysis of protein content in granulation tissue of woundHemorrhoids medicine group was third days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in meaning,and a description of hemorrhoid Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion in third days to promote the formation of effect of the total protein content of hydroxyl wound tissue of rats had no significant difference.Hemorrhoids medicine group was seventh days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P<0.05,there was significant difference,indicating a hemorrhoid with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion,in seventh days to generate effects of total protein content in wound tissue of rats began to have the obvious difference.Hemorrhoids medicine group was fourteenth days,compared with Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in meaning,and a description of hemorrhoid Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion in Fourteenth days to promote the formation of effect of the total protein content of wound tissue of rats had no significant difference.Third,7 groups of Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion,14 days,compared with the normal saline group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in meaning,that the generation of Compound Cortex Phellodendri lotion with saline treatment in third,7,14 days to promote the total protein content in the wound tissue of rats had no significant difference.Conclusion:1.A hemorrhoid can improve the number of fibroblasts in wound,thereby promoting wound healing.2.A hemorrhoid can improve wound hydroxyproline content,thereby promoting wound healing.3.A hemorrhoid can increase the protein content of the wound,thereby promoting wound healing. |
