Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Bell Palsy By Penetration Acupuncture

Objective:Using clinical access form to observe and research the clinical effects of therapy by penetration acupuncture with electro acupuncture apparatus or by traditional acupuncture with electro acupuncture apparatus to the bell palsy.Methods:In clinical,collecting 72 samples which according with the standard of this topic,on the basis of random hidden,equally allocated to treatment group(through acupuncture + dilatational wave electric acupuncture group)and control group(traditional acupuncture + dilatational wave electric acupuncture group),each sample size is 36.the frequency is 2 times one day,each time for 30 min,course of treatment for 6 days,1 day stop after each course of treatment;We assessed the efficacy after 3 period of treatment.Using House-Brachmann(H-B)the evaluation of facial nerve function classification standard(the following referred to as "H-B" grade)’s change in the grading and optimization of Portmann evaluation scoring method to access the function of facial nerve,and by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine in China in 1994" the standards of disease diagnosing and curing effect of traditional Chinese medicine[4]"inthe curative effect of facial paralysis disease criteria as the experimental determination criterion.we also access each index for 1 time before and after treatment as a standard of curative effect observation.Results:1.Before treatment,using the statistical software to analysis general information of the patients such as age,sex,etiology,Course of the disease between two groups and find the P>0.05,so there was no statistical significance difference,and prompt the comparability of two groups.2.The score of facial nerve function:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)which indicate there is no statistical significance and the two groups are very comparable;the two groups were compared separately within their own group before and after the treatment,the results show a big difference(p<0.05),so it means the results of posttreatment is better than that of prior treatment,the comparison of two group’s posttreatment results have significant difference(P<0.05)which show that the two groups have significant difference,the E group is better than the NCgroup.3.The comparison of facial nerve function defectingt score:there was no significant difference between two groups before treating(P>0.05)which indicate there is no statistical significance and the two groups are very comparable;after treatment,the comparisons of the curative effects between and among the two groups both shows that p<0.01,have statistical significance,indicating the curtive effects of posttreatments are better than that of priortreatment and the E group is better than NCgroup.4.The comparison of two groups of clinical curative effect show that the treatment group total effectiveness is 94.44%,the control group is 77.78%,the statistical tests show that the results have statistical significance(P<0.05),the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.Conclusion:1.The curing effects of acupuncture in treatment of bell palsy is exact,the patients of two groups have different degrees of improvement.2.penetration acupuncture with electro acupuncture is more effective for the treatment of bell palsy than traditional acupuncture with electro acupuncture,also,with Less acupuncture times,lighter pain to patients,easy to accept.
