The Clinical Observation Of "Fuzhengpingliutang" Combined With Temozolomide In The Treatment Of Brain Glioma After Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Temozolomide Combined with" FuzhengPingliut Tang" in the treatment of patients with glioma Methods:The 60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with"FuzhengPingliut Tang" combined with temozolomide,while the control group was treated with temozolomide.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of tumor imaging volume change,quality of life score,TCM syndrome improvement,adverse reactions,such as observation and statistics,the data were recorded and statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The treatment group was better than the control group in inhibiting tumor growth and recurrence(P<0.05).(2)The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients(P<0.05).(3)The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of TCM Syndrome(P<0.05).(4)The incidence of side effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of " FuzhengPingliut Tang " combined with temozolomide in the treatment of postoperative patients with glioma can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and delay the growth of the tumor.
