Effects Of Acupuncture And Medicine On IL-4 And IL-10 Expression In Rats With Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases Sequela Model

Objective:1.Successfully establish pelvic inflammatory sequela rat models,and observe the pathological changes and the change of blood indexes of rats in different periods,which can determine the time for Pen Shu Decoction(which can help treat sequelae of PID)and acupuncture treatment.2.Through the comparison between groups of treatment of SPID rats observed lesions pathology and the change of blood parameters,which can provide Pen Shu decoction for clinical treatment.3.From the perspective of TCM Syndrome of vital energy deficiency with evil-lingering to discuss the basic pathogenesis of SPID,"Accumulation of blood stasis" is for its pathological outcomes.Combined with western medicine(the change of IL-4 and IL-10 indicators)to explore the therapeutic effect of combination of acupuncture with medicine.Methods:1.Mechanical damage + bacterial infection method is adopted to establish the SPID rat models,to view the 15th day after the molding of lesions and pathological morphology observation for the uterus tissue.2.Observe six groups of rats respectively(blank group,model group,Dan Huang Dispelling Stasis Capsule group and remove stasis capsule group,Pen Shu Decoction group,acupuncture group,Pen Shu Decoction + acupuncture group)pathological expressional conditions and IL-4,IL-10 in the blood.Results:1.Successfully established SPID rat models,the pathology showed that 15 days after modeling,and the uterus pathology revealed:endometrial epithelial cells parts fell off or hyperplasic,mesenchymal cells were replaced by fibrous tissues,gland deformation,glandular lumen wall cavity change.2.IL-4 and IL-10 expressions in model group rats blood were higher than normal group,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group rats blood concentration of IL-4 and IL-10 expression were lower in the model group,but had not reached normal levels.Combination of acupuncture with medicine group,the blood concentration of IL-4 and IL-10 was close to blank group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which were superior to other therapeutic group.Expressed in IL-4,the combination of acupuncture with medicine group was better than that of the treatment group,there was a significant statistical significance(P<0.01);Compared with Dan Huang Dispelling Stasis Capsule group,Pen Shu Decoction group and acupuncture group therapy effect was better,Pen Shu Decoction had an extreme significant statistical significance(P<0.01),the acupuncture group with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Expressed in IL-10,the combination of acupuncture with medicine group was better than that of the treatment group,compared with the combination of acupuncture with medicine group,the Pen Shu Decoction and Dan Huang Dispelling Stasis Capsule group have significant statistical significance(P<0.01),acupuncture group with significant statistical difference(P<0.05);Acupuncture group is better than Dan huang group has very significant statistical significance(P<0.01),Dan Huang Dispelling Stasis Capsule group is superior to the Pen Shu Decoction difference has significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through mechanical damage and mixed bacteria made molding,it can be conclude that SPID rat models were successfully established and on the treatment of combination of acupuncture with medicine curative effect was superior to the other treatment group,a single method can reduce inflammatory cells infiltration,and relieve tissue adhesion,promote tissue repair;Can cut the SPID in rat models of IL-4 and IL-10 concentration in the blood,relieve pelvic inflammation,improve pelvic adhesions.
