| Objective: Based on the objective visual field of evaluation,combined with the judicial appraisal standard,focuses on the visual evoked potential instrument,Pattern Reversal Visual Evoked Potential(PR-VEP)and retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness were studied three kinds of technology,learn to explore the path method for objective assessment of visual field.Methods: This study collected 60 eyes,with good young subjects,automatic perimeter of normal and defect inspection of the two detection,test results of paired T test and ICC test,and the judgement is not credible case for statistical data;normal group,conventional PR-VEP acquisition site analog 1/4 vision defect group,simulation of 1/2 visual field defect group,paired T test,after the acquisition of the left and right 2cm beside the site data for matching T test,and the MD and the amplitude of rank correlation and regression analysis.The medical records of 52 patients with traumatic optic neuropathy caused by traumatic optic neuropathy were collected and analyzed.The correlation and regression analysis between RNFL and visual field defect were carried out.Results:(1)Automatic vision instrument PSD ICC 98.9%,MD ICC95.5%,other indicators of ICC are less than 60%,after repeated testing,only the false negative rate detected several differences of the results are statistically significant,its own credibility evaluation system,not fully recognize camouflage.(2)PR-VEP was detected in normal controls the amplitude of the >1/4 visual field defect group amplitude >1/2 visual fielddefect group amplitude,visual field defect to abnormal 1/4 can appear in the waveform of the visual field defect was 1/2,significantly lower amplitude,waveform can be reverse wave,w wave.At the same time,the data of the left and right side is collected: two wave is obviously different,the difference was statistically significant,the amplitude amplitude of left side < the amplitude amplitude of right side,The correlation between the60’N75-P100 amplitude and the average deviation of the automatic perimetry is R=0.471(P=0.000).(3)The average thickness of RNFL(X)and the view of effective value(Y)was positively related to R=0.543(P=0.000),related to the regression equation was Y=-93.795+5.208X-0.037X2(R=0.691,P=0.000),is a moderate negative correlation between R=-0.450 and MD(P=0.001),a moderate negative correlation between R=-0.440 and LV(P=0.001),showed a moderate positive correlation between R=0.400 and MS(P=0.003).In accordance with the provisions of the "standard" injury degree of human body identification,grouping the average thickness of RNFL,through the analysis of variance,a significant difference between the injured group and minor injury group,injury group had significant difference and mild injury group,injury group were significantly different with mild injury group.Conclusion: By this study,automatic perimeter can be used as functional indicators,combined with the characteristics of the visual pathway,and PR-VEP identification of camouflage,as the qualitative objective means,to a certain extent,also can realize the localization and quantitative perspective defect.The thickness of RNFL can be used as the morphological index,in judicial identification,positioning and qualitative discriminant visual field defect degree,... |
