Objective: This study aimed to observe the postoperative colorectal cancer patients taking the Drug Decoction on gastrointestinal function and pulmonary function in a series of physiological indexes and effects on cytokines,while observing the dynamic changes of blood gas analysis,recorded under different conditions of gastrointestinal function damage of lung function and the corresponding physical and chemical indicators change,research mechanism of radish soup improve gastrointestinal and pulmonary function,to explore the Chinese medicine "the lung and large intestine" theory.Methods: from November 2015 to 2017 l months in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of general hospital and the diagnosis of colon cancer,undergoing colorectal cancer radical surgery patients were randomly selected 80 cases studied,preoperative electrocardiogram,chest X-ray or CT examination and inquiring disease history confirmed no serious heart and lung diseases.Combined intravenous anesthesia.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the conventional treatment group(control group).(Note: grouped according to the patient’s admission sequence.)The control group of 40 cases were given routine treatment after operation.40 cases of Chinese medicine treatment group,besides routine treatment on the first day after the operation began to radish soup 200 ml oral: small meals.In the preoperative,postoperative 4 days,7 days after surgery by arterial blood gas analyzer observation in patients with arterial oxygen partial pressure(pa02),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaC02),using a stopwatch to record the breath holding time changes,as well as some inflammatory factors(WBC,percentage of neutrophils,PCT,CRP,IL-6)the index changes,and record the time of borborygmus and exhaust time.Results: 1.Chinese medicine group and the control group of patients after fourth days preoperative and PO2 significantly decreased(P<O.05),seventh days after operation were lifted off,the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference compared with the control group Pa02.There was no significant difference in PaC02 before and after operation in the Chinese medicine group,and there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group: 2.Inflammatory factors in fourth days after operation were significantly higher(P<0.05),seventh days after surgery decreased significantly,especially changes in traditional Chinese medicine group,compared with the control group there were gnificant differences(P(O.05),the patients of Chinese medicine group after three days and five days after operation PAF levels compared with the control group decreased significantly(P10.05);negatively correlated serum inflammatory cytokines and PaO2(P<O.01).3.Chinese medicine group medicine group the recovery time of bowel sound and exhaust defecation time were earlier than the control group(P<o.01).Conclusion: 1 for tumor surgery lung function in patients with decreased postoperative application of radish soup with Pa02 was better than the control group,suggesting that impairment of lung function improved in different degree after surgery,can promote the application of radish Decoction on pulmonary function recovery,reduce the lung damage;2 the correlation between inflammatory factors and pulmonary function;3 radish decoction can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function,thereby reducing the release of inflammatory mediators,to alleviate lung injury.
