Objective: using the symptom checklist(Symptom Checklist-90,SCL-90)on rheumatoid arthritis(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)were used to evaluate the mental health level of patients,and compared with the national norm,the patients general condition questionnaire to collect relevant information,to understand the factors affecting mental health of patients with RA,in order to have the implementation of effective psychological intervention,combined with clinical treatment,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods: randomly selected in June 1,2015 October 31 st in Xinjiang during ~2016 years Rheumatoid arthritis treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Medical University(RA)patients as the research object,in strict accordance with the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,100 cases of RA were included in the final will meet the conditions of this study as subjects,and then using the symptom checklist(SCL-90)were assessed on psychological health in RA patients,and compared with the national norm.In addition,RA patients were collected personal information of the basic situation of the influencing factors of mental health status are analyzed.Results:(1)the psychological health of RA patients status survey,the SCL-90 score compared with the national norm,In the body,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity factor,depression,anxiety,terror,total score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the SCL-90 scores were higher than the national norm;secondly,RA patients with hostility,paranoia and psychosis on the SCL-90 score and the national norm.There were no significantdifferences(P>0.05);(2)the influence of the psychological health of RA patients in the state of factor analysis showed that gender,residence,marital status,treatment effect,joint function,economic status,social support,disease duration,occupation,payment,education level,disease activity,year Age,joint symptoms(joint dysfunction,joint pain,joint swelling,morning stiffness)of these aspects,differences in the total score of SCL-90 among RA patients with different characteristics were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)compared with normal subjects,RA patients psychological health level is generally low.(2)The gender,residence,marital status,treatment effect,joint function,economic status,social support,disease duration,occupation,payment,education level,disease activity,age,joint symptoms are factors affecting the psychological health of RA patients,the level of detail,women,rural residents,married,the treatment effect is Poor,joint function is severely damaged,the economic situation is not ideal,social support degree is low,the longer course,payment for farmers,at their own expense,the psychological health of RA patients the level of disease remission is relatively lower,in addition,with the increase of age,joint dysfunction aggravate,joint pain and stiffness increase time will make the mental health of patients with RA the level of decline.
