| Objective: To explore the issues of rapid rehabilitation surgery(Fast Track Surgery,FTS)the safety and feasibility of application in perioperative period in lung bullae surgery,to evaluate FTS in perioperative application of pulmonary bulla surgery advantage.Methods: The clinical data of 90 cases of pulmonary bullae complicated with pneumothorax were analyzed from January 2006 to June 2016 in our hospital with rapid rehabilitation therapy,the rapid rehabilitation of surgical treatment was 48 cases,the traditional surgical surgical treatment for a total of 42 cases.Comparison of the two groups of postoperative pulmonary complications(pulmonary infection,pleural effusion,pulmonary leakage time >7d),postoperative pain,postoperative vomiting,pain,chest tube indwelling time,postoperative hospital stay and so on.Results: In group FTS,the oxygenation index(310.2±15.4)mmHg and the 24 h oxygenation index in the conventional group(328.6±12.8)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),and there was no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05)in the oxygen index and the 24 h index.Two groups of postoperative 24 h,48h,72 h VAS score,(2.3±1.2)to(5.2±1.9),(1.7±0.8)to(3.6±1.2),(0.7±1.0)to(2.5±1.33),the difference were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In group FTS the total postoperative complications,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses were: 9(18.8%),(4.2±1.2),(0.14±0.04)million,were lower than the traditional group 12(42.9%),(7.9±1.8),(0.16±0.04)million,two of total group after postoperative complications,hospitalization days and cost compared to the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of thoracic drainage tube was(3.5±2.2)d in the fast recovery group,and the conventional group was(7.3±4.3)d(p<0.05).Signs of recovery of gastrointestinal function for patients with postoperative anal exhaust and defecation time,rapid rehabilitation treatment group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function for(4.36±1.08)h,significantly shorter than the conventional surgery group(8.63±1.47)h,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In this paper,fasting blood glucose and C-reactive protein were used as stress indicators.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery(FTS)in thoracoscopic lung bullae resection is feasible and safe,has a certain advantage. |
