Objective: To study the application and development prospects of noninvasive genetic testing technology for detecting the fetal chromosomal aneuploidy in different ethnic groups in Xinjiang pregnant women.Methods: A retrospective study from June 2015 to June 2016.We collected the information of 1911 cases of pregnant women who are voluntarily for non-invasive prenatal testing,in the case of obtain informed consent from maternal peripheral blood for non-invasive prenatal testing,results in people at high risk of amniotic cavity puncture in the amniotic fluid cell culture and cell karyotype,the low risk by telephone follow-up after the due date to confirm the results.Results: For non-invasive prenatal detection of 1911 cases of pregnant women,among which 1629(85.24%)were han,66(3.45%)cases were uyghur,the Mongolian were32(1.67%)cases,110(5.76%)cases of hui nationality.Abnormal test results were 36 cases.In which there were 32 cases were han,the uyghur women had 1 case,the Mongolian women in 1 case,2 cases of hui nationality.Noninvasive prenatal testing had a sensitivity of 96.77%,100% and specificity of 99.87%,100%.Conclusion: According to the study results show that the sensitivity and speciality of noninvasive prenatal testing in different ethnic all above 95% between pregnant women,as prenatal screening project has a certain clinical value.But the results of noninvasive genetic testing still need invasive prenatal diagnosis to confirm the karyotype.
