The Effect Of Different Preparation Time On The Bond Strength Of The Casting Pile After Different Time

Objective: To investigate the effect of different preparation time on the bond strength of the cast pile in different time.Methods: 84 teeth with single mandibular premolar extractions in orthodontic treatment tube,were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 42 teeth,2 groups were treated with root canal treatment,root canal preparation and post production and cement,the experimental group in the post core bonded after 5,15,30 min tooth preparation,the control group at each time point of tooth preparation;using WDW-20 electronic universal testing machine is measured in different time of 2groups of micro tensile bond strength on microtensile bond strength test values were statistically analyzed.Results:of the experimental group cast cement bonding strength for5,15 and 30 min respectively were teeth(109.25 + 20.37),(116.33 + 20.64),(181.11 +27.10)N,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05);the control group at the same time the bond strength(175.36 respectively.+ 40.04),(178.71 + 24.37),(182.93 +37.97)N,there was no statistically significant difference(p<0.05),experimental group 5,the bonding strength of 15 min lower than that of control group(p<0.05),no statistically significant difference between the bond strength and the control group at 30 min(p>0.05).Conclusion:casting pile cement at different time after tooth preparation has an effect on the bond strength with cement after more than 30 min after tooth preparation is appropriate.
