Study On The Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Therapy On Patients With Vulvar Dystrophy Fas/Fasl

ObjectiveThe way to observe the clinical efficacy of "Bushen Huoxue method" in the treatment of vulvar dystrophy is through the use of the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.For making the way to provide clinical basis and to explore its action mechanism viewed from the Fas and Fasl point.MethodA total of 120 cases collected who pay for treatment in Shanxi Provincial Hospital of TCM.From April 2015 to August 2016,conform to Vulvae dystrophy diagnosis(kidney blood stasis)inclusion criteria.on the basis of principle of randomization,there are two groups divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group is given the internal and external combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine:Qubai Zhiyang granule to take orally,Huoxue Zhiyang powder to wash and Xiaobailing ointment to put on.The control group besmear ointment outside :Lichen sclerosus of vulva given 0.05%testosterone propionate cod liver oil cream,Squamous cell hyperplasia of vulva given 0.5%clobetasol ointment and mixed type given 0.025% Fuqing Song ointment and testosteroni propionas ointment drug withdrawal in the menstrual priod and 3 months for a period of treatment,after treatmentt observing changes of vulva itch,pigment changes,damage range and The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,meanwhile Fas and Fasl were detected by using the immunohistochemical method,in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of kidney invigorate the circulation method systematically.Result(1)comprehensive effect: overall effect rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.So the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine:after treatment compared with the control group,the control group are significantly decreased and differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)analyzing the changes of Vulva itch Pigment lesion range: after treatment,main symptoms and signs in control group are substantial improvemen,and differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Fas 、 Fasl expression: the Fas of lesionsins were expressed increasinglly in treatment group and control group,conversely the expression of Fasl.the expression of Fas and Fasl were superior to control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusiontraditional Chinese medicine-invigorating the kidney circulation method of treatment,exerts outstanding clinical curative effect on vulvar dystrophy(kidney and blood stasis syndrome),which can significantly release the itching and pain in patients’ vulva and other clinical symptoms,and reduce integral symptoms as well.This method is an way to make the increase of Fas and decrease of Fasl,speculated that the mechanism can be reverse the imbalances of Fas/Fasl mediated apoptosis system in the process of treatment,which strengthens the inducement of apoptosis,makes possible the apoptosis of vulva lesions in the skin,normal skin to freshmen,promotes the development of the disease to a good direction.
