| Objective:1.Adverse drug reaction(ADR)refers to the use of qualified drugs in the normal usage and the purpose of the drug has nothing to do with the accident or accidental reaction,it is the use of drugs for drug treatment with a risk.Drug adverse reaction monitoring is not only the drug market after the continuation of research,but also to strengthen the safety of listed drugs after the supervision and ensure the safe and effective means of human body an important means.ADR mainly executed in the hospital,and china is now through the world’s most important drug adverse reaction monitoring method spontaneous reporting system(spontaneous reporting system,SRS)to monitor adverse drug reactions.In the use of spontaneous reporting system,these self-reported ADR report is the main sources of listed drugs to find the new drug response signal,because of the number of spontaneous reporting of adverse reactions is much lower than the actual number of adverse reactions and also has a certain lag.How to accurate prevention,monitoring and feedback timely,reduce the adverse drug reactions in patients,the medical industry is facing and urgent problems to be solved.This study plans to use the computer information technology,based on the search engine technology,text information recognition technology,the trigger principle,the use of electronic medical database to carry out a hospital inpatient ADR active monitoring,which called(automatic monitoring)is more accurate.The system is designed to collect data,process data and monitor the practical function of warning as the main function of the package,in order to achieve ADR data extraction and drug suspicious adverse reaction signal detection automatically,and data preprocessing more convenient.2.Design software of hospitalized patients with adverse drug reactions active monitoring.3.Combined with the collection of spontaneous reports of adverse drug reactionsreported adverse reactions to the active monitoring of the situation and adverse reactions reported,looking for reliable signals for adverse reactions and provide reference for the further development of the monitoring work of adverse reactions,active monitoring of adverse drug reactions in hospitalized patients.Methods:1.Collect adverse reactions reports of a top three hospital from 2010.5 to 2015.6reported by the spontaneous reporting system,comprehensive analysis of the self-reported adverse reactions during the report summed up the adverse drug reactions.2.Determine the active monitoring rules of the active monitoring software of the adverse drug reaction in the hospital,also design the overall structure,the core program,the system function and the operation method of the software.3.Collect adverse reactions reports of a top three hospital from 2016.1 to2016.12 reported by the spontaneous reporting system,with the help of the Hospital Information System(HIS)and the Laboratory Information System(LIS)Group design of the active monitoring and early warning procedures to monitor the adverse drug reactions of the hospital patients.then comparative analysis of the results of two reporting system.result:1.Collect 1603 reports reported by the spontaneous reporting from 2010.5 to2015.6,the most from the Department of Oncology,statistic the top 10 highest frequency of adverse reactions and the top 10 highest frequency of drug-ADR.2.Collect 269 ADR reports reported by the spontaneous reporting from 2016.1 to2016.12,then use adverse drug reaction monitoring software to monitor the adverse drug reactions in 2631 reports,about 10 times the SRS.3.Analysis of three groups of data,to identify a representative of the adverse symptoms of the ADR signal and drug-ADR.4.Drug adverse reactions active monitoring software is the discovery of the active adverse drug reactions,and it had achieved some achievement.Conclusion:After comparison,the application of hospitalized patients with adverse drug reaction monitoring software and application of standardized methods and quantitative indicators to make the drug adverse reaction monitoring system more efficient.The application of the software can be used as a medical institution to strengthen the drug management of the auxiliary application,also can guide the clinical rational use of drugs. |
